Desperation.... I used the online form to contact the company, and got an email reply within 30-60 minutes, asking for pics of the crack in the hull. I emailed a couple pics right back. The owner, Scott, call me 10 minutes after I sent the pics. We discussed the feasibility of repairs, the time frame I had available, and what they might be able to do. I brought it to them the next morning, and he put his guy Bailey on it. Bailey did a fantastic job. Crack is gone, hull is watertight, and my son is ending the summer sailing his ass off... I had to get a new refrigerator and the online order process was quick and easy. I was compelled to purchase (separately) and water hose for the ice maker hook-up, which doesn't exist at my refrigerator space. This was an $18 hose I didn't need. But the installer helped me get a refund for this unnecessary purchase, and the delivery process was quick and efficient. But these guys are paid on the basis of per-unit delivered, not per hour. So they left a couple of relatively minor items unfinished and I get that. I encourage Home Depot to pay their subsidiary employees on an hourly basis rather that piece work. It gives them enough time to really provide that "white glove" service we deserve and that they want to deliver.

This company was able to repair the work and it looks absolutely brand new. I am so thankful. In addition, I had another spot and my pictures aren't very good, but I had another spot where an electrical cord literally like exploded and caught fire and it scorched the top surface and they were able to fix it even though it was against the backsplash and you could never tell it was there. I am just beyond happy and beyond thrilled. John Bennett was my service technician. He showed up extremely prompt. Actually I realized he was there early, but didn't ring the door until it was the time that they had allotted. He was very friendly. He gave me advice as to how to prevent it from happening in the future, which he asked me to increase the height of my stove. I felt like that was going above and beyond to make sure that I didn't necessarily have to call them back. He also put some heat tape on the side so that it would be better protected for future use as well. He cleaned up. Everything was very kind very courteous and very professional. If I ever need them again I will definitely reach out because they were just a top notch company. Stephanie is the person I worked with in facilitating it. She was also amazing. Very straightforward. Ive had a very hard time finding a contractor to replace it because it involves cutting the old sink out and cutting the countertop to fit a new sink. Over about a month of back and forth emails and calls (during a larger restoration project), Stephanie helped me come up with a plan to replace this sink and helped pick out a new sink that would work with my setup. Unfortunately when it came time to install they were booked out another month so we had to go with another installer who had more immediate availability but our sink replacement would not have been possible without the planning and assistance of Back to Perfection. Some of the best customer service Ive experienced. I asked them to invoice me for the consulting work and hope that I can actually hire them for something else in the future.
