We have been looking for one for our Schnoodle back home and have not found on via many 'Doggie Adoption Agencies' - which has been giving us a run-around for about a year. My Wife found several really cute and well groomed Doggies there and a couple of them were what we are looking for. She picked one out, a Miniature Schnauzer, all white, about 8 months old. The Employees there were playing with the Dogs, feeding them and caring for them. This is a good sign. We petted and held the one we are interested in and my Wife decided this is the one she wants. We both agreed, and John, the guy that was helping us, set it up for us to pay for and pick-up this Cute Little Doggie early Saturday morning before we head back home. We arrived Saturday morning and John was there a little early - and we did our processing and left with our little Baby Hairy Child. Everything in Pet City Houston store was spotless clean, including the enclosures the Doggies were in - and I checked out the store really good - could find no dust or dirt. Products on display were neatly organized and the help there were Awesome. When we returned home we had her checked out by our Vet, testing and examination, and he said she is in Perfect Health. I asked her to please show me everything that I required for my new pet. Due to this being my first chameleon/ reptile. Unfortunately, no one has any knowledge of reptiles, dogs or anything dealing with PETS in that abominable facility. The manager, Olivia, is very rude, unprofessional and cüñtý‼‼The lady with the pony tail /glasses informed me to get PLASTIC vines for my new baby, eco earth. However, she failed to mention anything about vitamin A. I also got him a big wood stick, a MESH CLOSER and the young lady with the pony tail / glasses informed me to get him the calcium with D3. She informed me that I would NOT need the calcium without D3. She also put the eco earth on the table for me to purchase as well. After doing some research, I was told it is actually harmful for my baby due to the fact that it can cause ingestion/ bowl issues if disgusted. Yet, the employees at this "PET" shop are supposed to know what certain pets require and do not ? YEAH RIGHT‼ I live in a two story HOUSE, I do not keep my house higher than 73! Not to mention, my reptiles have their own room! I mist my baby as well. In addition, when I purchased my baby, he had a yellow spot on the side of him. They didn't even know if he was a boy or girl at the shop, the manager, Olivia, had to google... Like how are these people running this shop? Not to mention, when I called TODAY, they stated "there is a no return policy. No where is that posted‼‼Not even on their website, Facebook nor any of their social media platforms. Plastic veins / pants ARE INDEED toxic to veiled chameleons. Olivia states there is nothing they can do. Once we hung up, I attempted to call again to ask for corporates number. Yet, my calls were being sent to voicemail as if they were closed but it was 1900, not 2000. Therefore, I had to have one of my friends call on three way. & once that occurred, Olivia commenced to speak negatively about me and luckily I recorded everything that was stated. I also will be reporting this business and both individuals to the BBB. SO PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE ‼‼ THEY WILL SELL YOU SICK REPTILES / ANIMALS and the employees OBTAIN ABSOLUTELY ZERO KNOWLEDGE NOR CARE FOR ANIMALS NOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

In addition, the vet discovered that the puppy also has two anal openings. She is not sure if this was a congenital issue or was done surgically. Again, she strongly recommended that I contact the breeder for information, in order to take care of this puppy properly. So, I texted her again, this time practically begging for information. Anyone who cares for dogs as much as she professes to would have given me this desperately needed information. I still have not heard back from her. Far from a loving breeder, I would characterize her as extremely CRUEL! I love my puppy so much and I would appreciate any prayers that can be sent his way.
