When I got there the groomer a very nice young lady was trying to explain to me what had happened, but the owner would not allow her to talk he continue to over talk her the entire time he was rude and disregarded the pain that my dog was in. I told him I was not interested in hearing what he had to say that I wanted to hear what she had to say so I could find out what exactly happened so I could tell the vet. I was so upset! He tells me you can't sue us because we have a written agreement. When I asked for a copy of the written agreement the young lady very nice went to make me a copy and he's like no don't give it to her give it to me yanking it out of her hands. WHAT A DOG IS HURTING AND THATS WHAT YOUR THINKING ABOUT!!! At that point I not only was upset but then I got angry and explain to him my attorney would be contacting him!!! Only then did he give me the copy. There was no caring, no compassion, no I'm sorry that your dogs in pain nothing!!! When I got there she was still tied to the table shaking with her eye halfway popped out. He claims to be the owner if you're the owner you should have so much love in your heart for animals. Especially for one that eyeball is halfway popped out!!! Someone that claims to love animals you would think would be in tears even if its not there dog. He is definitely a terrible human being!!! He told me I'm lucky that I'm getting her a free haircut and that I was not welcome back there. Really as if I would bring my dog back to a place where the owner has no compassion for a dog!!!!! Our puppy Samantha is very "dog reactive" to our other 2 dogs in the household. Immediately when I call I was offered an evaluation ( 30 mins for free ) which I thought was nice! I went for the evaluation and came to an understanding that this could totally be a place that could help us correct behaviors and introduce us to some new obedience training and brush up on things we have fallen behind on. My fiancé and I arrived for a 1 hour long session and it went fantastically. Wayne was awesome! He took us through all the ins and out and explained the reason behind why we should be training the way he is teaching us. We have a lot of homework to do! But we are so excited that this has given the opportunity to our dogs to coexist more peacefully with each other through very vigorous training techniques he is teaching us! We are really happy we came here! Thank you for being so straight to the point and adamant about we need to be with our dogs. It's going to make a world of difference in our lives! I was much more skeptical than my husband because one of my dogs is very prey driven and loves to take off after sqirrels. After the training period, our dogs have not left the yard once. I strongly recommend you follow the training instructions provided. Regarding installation, Jeffery and his assistant were very professional and did a great job. The system has worked perfectly for the past 14 months. The sprinkler repairman cut the wire once but splicing it was a simple fix. Our system is connected to a phone app so we are notified if there are power or battery issues. Both of our dogs will stay in the yard, even without their collars on, because they know the boundaries. We also purchased one indoor unit that we place outside the kitchen doorway. When we're gone they like to get on the furniture and one gets on the counter and eats the cat food. This way we don't have to have kennels and they have the whole kitchen to hang out in. I'm very happy with DogWatch.
