They keep me informed of how they are doing throughout the day, and supply a report card with pictures. My dogs thrive in their daycare program, which is smaller groups based on size and temperaments. I have two young labradors who are pretty active and rambunctious, so having a place to get out their "crazy" with other playmates in a safe and controlled environment is just what we needed. Thank you WUD for loving my boys!!!

The Houston SPCA veterinary clinic is honestly amazing. The staff is super attentive and friendly…read moreand the prices here are insane in the best way. You will not find prices this good anywhere else. Just a heads up though, this clinic is really for preventative care only, so things like deworming, microchipping, vaccinations, flea meds, all the basic stuff to keep your fur babies healthy. One thing I thought was awesome is that they take Apple Pay and Google Pay. They're also really timely and honest, and they even gave us a few recommendations for other clinics in case we needed anything more serious done. The whole place is very clean and the lobby is big and quiet which I really appreciate. The only issue I had wasn't even their fault. Some pet owners just don't know how to control their dogs. A girl came in with her dog and it tried to run at my cats while they were in their carriers in the cat area. Thankfully my cats didn't freak out and nothing happened, but that's on the owner, not this clinic. Overall everyone here makes you feel welcome and the service was way better than I expected. I'll definitely be back and Milo and Eclipse thank you guys for taking such good care of us . Y'all are doing amazing .

Completely useless. You can bring your dog in for a clinic fee of $45, but they apparently don't…read morehave the ability to treat any conditions or illnesses, so they will just refer you to one of their recommended clinics. Then you'll have to pay the general diagnostics fee again, in addition to whatever they charge to actually treat your pet. SPCA has a massive very expensive facility that doesn't seem to do anything. This is basically a scam. Don't waste your time, find somewhere legitimate instead of paying a referral fee to a clearly well funded org that can't actually provide services.

We recently boarded our dog here for a week and had a mixed experience. The facility was nice,…read moreappeared clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We needed boarding on short notice, and they were able to accommodate us once our dog's vaccination records were confirmed, which we appreciated. During his stay, there were no cameras available for owners to check in on their pets, but we did receive a report card update. Unfortunately, about three days after bringing our dog home, he developed a severe cough. We took him to our veterinarian, who diagnosed him with kennel cough. As a result, our dog is now on medication for the next three weeks and must be kept away from other pets while he recovers. We understand that kennel cough can be highly contagious and can occur even in facilities that require vaccinations. However, it was disappointing and costly to deal with immediately after boarding. While we appreciated the friendly staff and accommodations, this experience leaves us with mixed feelings about boarding here again.

I'll update my review once I get back from my trip. 10/28/2019: UPDATE! I had a good experience boarding up my dog at Yuppie Dog. I gave them a 4 stars because I called for updates and was told I'd receive photos of him, but never did. Well, only on the first day. But that's so minuscule compared to security I received knowing he was just fine. Every morning I called to check up on his and Mary already knew it was going to be me. Again, she's the best and was very gracious to give me an update on my little one. I will say, my dog came back very exhausted. I'm sure he was just doggie day care wasted and that's fine. It took him a few hours to get back to his regular personality. Will be taking him to daycare soon so I'll update my review after doing so.
