I despaired after moving back to TX from NYC because the place I used to go to was so great. I made the mistake (a few times) of grooming my guys at Petco in Kingwood. Each time, they came back with horrible cuts, an overly strong fragrance, and felt sticky to the touch. Sarah always has them looking sharp, smelling great, and oh-so-soft! I'm so glad I found her and she's so close!

But, all search results on the internet point to this location! There is a brick home, a carport to the right of the home, and a large, red metal building with a u-type driveway. No signs! Nothing to state there is a dog groomer on site! But, hidden behind a closed chain-link gate and mini-trailer is a small room for grooming dogs! I felt like I was trespassing to find this little room. But, I found it! The groomer is very nice and she did a great job with my labradoodle. I wish I had photos to share, but I don't have them on my desktop computer. We will go back!

Just now can we touch his neck without him flinching. I gave 2 stars because I took two of my dogs, one came back unscathed otherwise it would have been 1. I did call the groomer asking if my dog got into anything due to his lethargic behavior and told her about the burn marks. She told me to put coconut oil on it as if it was normal. My dog gets groomed every 3 weeks, not saying he likes it but he's accustomed to it. We tried here cause it's down the street from where we now live. She didn't even tell me about the burns when I picked him up. I may have been more forgiving if I was told upfront about the mistake. I can only imagine my dog reacted to the burns so she had to be aware.
