Today it was so crazy because I called and spoke to them and they confirmed my appointment only to have me show up and as soon as I walked in I could tell they didn't want me there. They stated my dogs shot record was 5 days expired and needed a new one, which why didn't they call me and say this before I drove all the way there? I called the vet on speaker and they stated it would be fine and my dogs heart worm shot is up to date as well. I get it, policy is fine but you're not going to be rude at the door and whisper and think it's customer service. Horrible experience. They just didn't want my business and that's fine but next time, call the customer to cancel.

Hello, I am writing…read moreabout our cat Simba and Nancy Padilla and the care and service they have received in your care. Nancy took Simba in with an upper respiratory infection on 4-2 and she paid over $200 for treatment and was told that if he didn't improve to bring him back in. Well, today 4-4 she called your office because Simba was not breathing well and worried that her cat would die she rushed in your office. You then proceeded to charge her more money and you still didn't do anything to help Simba. Let's go over this. Nancy came in with her cat that was having trouble breathing and clearly suffering and you failed to give this animal the best care by not giving them the appropriate antibiotic and care to provide relief and you send them home charging them over $200. Two days later the animal is in worse condition and deteriorating and they have to come back for care and you still fail to provide proper care and charge her more money.  Are you in it to help animals, or to help your pockets?  If this cat dies you can expect to hear from our lawyer. This is unacceptable and it clearly shows that you are taking advantage of others. You people are a bunch of crooks. She trusted you with her cats care. I will be posting this as a review as well so everyone knows your true interest in helping others. I am not asking for compensation but being a voice for those you take advantage of.
