When they called they said I had 45 minutes to pick him up. I Told her that they didn't inform me he would be ready so fast and that time frame was impossible. She let me know it would be $15 after 45 minutes and $5.00 every 5 minutes after that. I paid $30 for grooming and $45 for late fees. I am not just at home with nothing to do. I am not sitting around waiting for a call from the groomer to pick up my dog. Other visits have been 3+ hours long. This is very inconsiderate because I should have been informed when I made the appointment that he would be ready in a certain window if they want to charge these kinds of fees and hold you to such a strict timeline. What a poor business practice.
