At first, we appreciated their services, but over time, the issues piled up: - Inadequate cameras in the play area that don't cover the full space, leaving us unsure of what really happens. - "Pawgress" reports included photos of other dogs, not Crosby, making us question if she was even getting the attention we paid for. - Fearful reactions--Crosby started shaking and whining at drop-off, which she never used to do. - Unfulfilled services: Multiple times, we paid for grooming (including Furmination) only for her to come home completely untouched, despite wearing a bandana like she'd been groomed. Staff apologized and promised refunds, but nothing changed. The final straw? After her last "grooming," Crosby came home filthy, stinking like creek water, and with thick layer of loose fur--proof she hadn't been brushed, let alone Furminated. When I complained, they offered a refund (still not received). It's heartbreaking to leave after three years, but PetSuites has repeatedly failed our trust. Crosby deserves better, and so do you. See the photo--this is how much fur came out after her supposed "groom." Unacceptable. Do better, PetSuites. Even then, we won't be back.

After all that time and after speaking with someone on the phone extensively the day before, I was told that he was missing the dog flu vaccine and that it's required. The person who I spoke with the day before did not mention this. Also, this is what it says on their website: Recommended Vaccine Canine Influenza: We accept the 12-month Canine Influenza vaccine (It is not required but is recommended when having your dog in any setting with other dogs) So the employee who was trying to check me in and the employee helping her lied! What a waste of my time!

After spending thousands of dollars at what i now consider my "previous" vet clinic (maydecreek…read moreanimal health center) Yesterday I finally found a new vet place for my furrr babies. Its a bit of a drive from where we live but it was absolutely worth it. It was our first time visit yesterday and we were able to get an appointment on the same day for a sick visit! The lady that helped me book an appointment (Christine) was very helpful. The front desk lady that checked us in was very sweet and the gentleman that took my dogs vitals is also very nice and patient. Dr. Natalie is very caring, outgoing and knowledgeable! The place is very cozy, clean and homy. And most importantly, the prices are reasonable. Thank you for taking care of my babies!

Worst experience. We have a 17 year old scottie that we took to our regular vet 2 weeks ago. The…read morevet agreed it was towards the end of his life but felt it wasn't time. He said watch for signs like no eating, drinking water etc. He went from 22 pounds to 14, and today 11. This weekend he seemed to take a turn for the worst. We are very concerned he's in pain and do not want him to suffer. He quit eating, drinking, vomiting and diarrhea and is not himself. We feared it's time and more than anything do not want him to suffer. Our vet is not back until Tuesday, and we did not want to take him to a cold emergency vet. I cannot even begin to explain the outright disrespect we received from this vet. She said if we didn't do bloodwork it would weigh on our conscience. Said I mean if you wanna put your dog down whatever I'll put it down. Meanwhile he had just projectile vomited in the room, he's lethargic and we simply do not want him to suffer if he is. She tried to say he had pancreatitis and just needs pain meds and tried to push all this expensive testing on us. On the way out her husband told us to go "f***" ourselves because we were rightfully upset. I am at a loss for words and disgusted. I would never take your pet here if you care for them at all.

The shop opens at 7AM and I was told I could bring her by anytime before 10AM. The location is really close to my home and easy to spot from the street. Look for the building that say Dog Training in big white letters across the front. Very close to the intersection of West Little York and Queenston next to a small tire shop. Upon walking in I was really amazed at the fact that it doesn't smell or look like your typical dog groomers. It is extremely clean.. modern and minimal in design. Thankfully no pets running around or waiting in the front to be picked up like some places. Prices are listed by size/weight on the counter and shows included services. I opted for an all inclusive package that includes bath, nails, glad expression and teeth for $20 bucks for my 8lb chihuahua. I brought her shot records when I arrive and they made a copy. I also had to fill out a brief info sheet with my information for them to keep on hand. Mia was a little nervous as usual but I got the vibe that they were dog people and caring so I trusted them with my baby. I appreciate that they called to verify if I wanted them to cut her whiskers before they did it. I declined because she's never had them trimmed and I think she looks cute with them the way they are. Like a little catfish lol! 1 hour later they called to let me know she was ready for pick up. Her nails were done really well (low & even) and she smells super fresh. I think this will be our go-to Groomer going forward. They also do Dog Training, Daycare and overnight Boarding. I might consider those services in the future. Like I said I'm impressed and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality pet care.
