Snoopy staff sorted her out first time and I've never seen her come out of a grooming session happier or calmer. The team loves our dogs and loves what they do. Instead of trying to work out some of the matting in order to maintain the cut and breed of my boys they butchered them They won't take credit or checks. They are near a major Hwy intersection of so hold tight to your pups, and the front desk guy has as much personally as a pet rock.They took out the clippers and shaved them. I very recently adopted another fur kiddo and knew Preppy Pets would take just as great care of her. She's also much calmer and more easygoing. Wow, did they do an excellent job! I nearly cried seeing my dog. They had my baby looking like a whole new doggy! I'm so happy to have such a great grooming salon for my pup. Everyone there is so kind, helpful, great at their job and seem to truly care about your dog. They also have great prices and often run specials. Additionally, they never pressure you on the tips. I always try to hook them up but sometimes it helps with budgeting, especially in this economy, to not have tipping pressure. I'll also add that I love that they let the dogs run around and play so your dog gets some socialization and exercise in with their groom. However, they will also keep your dog in a kennel if you prefer. Additionally I love how easy it is to schedule an appointment. They text you reminders at just the right time and with a simple reply your dog's appointment is set. It's also very convenient that they keep your payment info on file. We've paid for deshedding procedures at other facilities and found them to be a joke. No difference at all. BUT whatever deshedding process they use at Stacy's has left us stunned and amazed! I even brushed him today and no hair in the brush! We are beyond pleased! Our little Scruffy dog will have to have his name changed, too.
