There were 3 ladies in there & all of them were so nice. I just needed a fill in but needed to replace 2 that had fallen off. While one nail tech was drilling away my current set, the other nail tech was searching for the perfect match to my current set's acrylic powder. The current set I had, weren't from this place. In the end I loved my set. For a fill in, french tip + design + tip, I ended up paying $85. I didn't mind that price at all! I only got Candy's name which was the lovely nail tech who did my nails, but I didn't get the 2nd lady's name who searched & searched until she got the exact match to my acrylics. But both of them are amazing! I loved the attention to detail & customer service I received at this location. It was my first time here & I will definitely be coming back!

I usually get gel or SNS manicures here and regular pedicures with other massage or special soak add-ons. They have always provided the best quality work and are not overly rough with the massages like some places. You also get a free beverage - wine, if you like, with your service which is nice as not every nail place offers that, though more should if they can. The atmosphere is always calm and never too busy. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center lot. You can also get a birthday discount if you sign up for the rewards program, as well as other periodic discounts. Overall, it's a great place and I've had no issues yet. This will continue to be my go-to place for nails.

I booked with them and left a note in the comment box for the booking that I really wanted to add on lash extensions if they had the availability. Not 30 mins later, I was contacted by the salon (at 9pm on a Sunday!) to let me know that, yes, they did have time to add that if I wanted. As I was talking with them, I shared inspo pics for my nails and they let me know that I didn't need the upcharge that I had originally booked for my nails. My inspo was included in the base charge. What amazing customer service! The MOMENT I walked in the door, I knew this was my new spot. Everyone was welcoming, they had complimentary drinks (and seasonal choices) and the place is immaculate. First service: Brows Lucy took me to the station, asked me about my preferences, and honored them completely. I like a natural shape with just some basic cleaning up. They're there but you can't see them. I told her I wanted cat eye but very natural. She was just as meticulous as she was with the nails. So much so that I had started to worry I'd leave with fans on my eyes rather than what I wanted. But patience was indeed a virtue. She took the time to make sure her work was correct and lasting.
