Made an appointment for 6:10pm (mind you they close at 7pm) to get a mani and a pedi. The entire staff was super friendly. I was treated like along time customer. Even got my eyebrows done too. Kevin did a wonderful job ok my pedi. I'm super ticklish on my feet and for me he did an amazing job. Vivian did a wonderful job on my "dip it" nails and my lil bling too. Mind you it's not your normally frilly (bells and whistle) place, but to me it doesn't matter what the place looks like (decoration wise) it matters on the service. That being said I would definitely recommend. read more

This is my new go to nail place. Yesterday I really needed a mani-pedi and didn't want to go to Irvine where I usually go. Very nice ladies and at $30 including a hot rock foot and hand massage, very reasonable. They didn't charge extra for massage or callus treatment like many places do. I love this place it's reasonably priced, clean and the women are professionals! They aren't constantly looking at you and speaking about you in their language. (Like other places) I would definitely get an appointment other wise u might have to wait a while. They have a good amount of pretty colors to choose from, which is always a Plus! read more

I absolutely love coming here to get a manicure and pedicure! All the ladies that work here are very friendly and accommodating. The salon is very clean which to me is a must when getting your nails done. You have your own little box of tools and implements that they use, so you know they do not use them on other clients. They use hot stones during your pedicure which is very pleasant. The karaoke is a plus because it makes the experience so much more enjoyable. read more

I've tried this place for over 2 years now as I had really liked my nails & the staff...but then..things changed. My nails were not filed in an "oval" shape that I love...they did not match in length...I felt as if I was being "overlooked". I kept going back thinking I'll give it another try but by my 3rd attempt, and still not happy....I'm sorry to say enough is enough. I work hard for my money, I pay good money for my nails and it's a time for me to relax. I have not felt this in months at Perfect Nails and am no longer a customer. Made an appointment and arrived a little early. They got me right in, and starting working on my right away. Kelly did my gel manicure. She did an amazing job, and was very nice and very gentle too. Tried this place for the first time, and was very happy with my experience. I walked in w/o an appt and was seated right away in the spa chair. There were several other customers there too. I didn't feel pressured, the atmosphere was very friendly, they spoke great English and only English to the other employees too. My nails look great. The best thing about this salon is their low prices & included hot stone massage - and that's it! (so they get a star each for that) There is no thought-out theme or vision for this place (just random oriental stuff everywhere). The entertainment is questionable (I was being subjected to watching some Gaelic religious concert thing???) Best gel manicure I've ever had, my pedicure could last for a month if let it stay on that long. the staff is super friendly and nice and they don't make you feel like they're talking behind your back. I always get a gel manicure & spa pedicure for $48 (with out tip)....not bad at all. Great place, I am now a regular. :) read more

Ever hear the saying slower than molasses? I think this salon is right there in the dictionary underneath the saying. I'm not sure if it was because it's Friday or because it's "Good Friday" but my gf called and made an appointment for us at 4:15. Mani/pedi for me and pedi for her. Let's just say I'm writing this review at 5:28 with my two nails done, fingers untouched and her feet are getting wrinkly I'm sure from lack of attention. The pedicure was nothing to write home about. I will not be back, no matter what the price. This is all some BULLSHIT! I'm sure they won't miss losing 2 customers, they were pretty busy. read more

Price: Can't say; my best friend treated me with a mani and pedi. Place: Clean enough. Love the spa chairs. Nice selection of nail colors. Wasn't too crowded. We didn't have to wait long to be seated, but we did call ahead for reservations. Service: Meh. Mani: There were bubbles on my finger nails. Pedi: Looked good to me. The lady who did do my nails did try to add in extras (think Angela Johnson's nail salon comedy routine), and frankly, I hate when they try to throw those in. I have a hard time saying no. I've been looking for a decent place closer to home to get my nails done and I think I've finally found the place! Their basic pedi surprisingly had a relaxing hot rock massage. I had a great first time experience and will definitely be back to see how good they are at gel nail design. Following the driving directions from yelp made it hard to find. Sure we had to wait 30 minutes because there were only two people working, but we had some time to kill and got the BF's hair cut during that time. The Korean lady that owns this shop was incredibly friendly and funny. She played Celine Dion on the teevee with lyrics at the bottom of the screen. Everyone in the shop (another patron, me, boyfriend, and Korean owner) ended up karaoking while I got my toes done. Great place that's VERY clean! Restroom was "zen" and smelled like flowers. I went on April 2 to get a pink and white full set with a clear gel top coat and a regular pedicure with the calluses treatment. The pink and white came out beautiful and Kevin did an awesome job, although I'm giving it 3 stars because you can clearly see a gap between my actual nail and the acrylics. I had mentioned it to Kevin before I had left and he said that its my skin and put some nail glue in one nail. Luckily I work at a spa, so I felt I needed to apply my own nail glue in each finger. But Kevin was very nice and a pleasure to talk to other than that. For my pedicure, I don't really remember her name but she did an okay job, compared to other pedicures I've had. I wish she had communicated a little more when she was done with me and started on another guest, I wasn't sure to sit there to let the polish dry or to just be on my way. Overall, I don't know if I will be returning while knowing that I might have to put in some work when I'm done as well. read more

This place is awesome an atypical nail salon hidden in the corner of a strip mall. I can say goodbye to the awkward Vietnamese employees talking behind my back and expecting my nails to chip after a week. The owner takes pride in her business and makes it her own. You can karaoke if you want, but other guests like me might want to throw something at you. I get a good vibe from this place. Their work is meticulous. They take their time and give great massages with hot stones. Great value seeing as my nails always last a while here. read more

Awesome, awesome, awesome. The ladies there are very sweet and funny. You can really tell they enjoy working together by how they interact. I had an old set removed and a new pink and white set , as well as, a French pedicure. Vivian did my nails and she did them great! The one thing I really liked is that to remove my old set, she didn't just rip them off. She took the extra time to let them soak in a solution and then slowly filed them off. It takes a bit longer but it saved my real nails from being ripped to pieces. That alone will make me return! The pedicure was awesome and I love the warm stone that is used in the massage. Both my toes and nails look flawless. The salon itself is really cute and very comfy. There are two tv's and stacks of DVDs they will let you choose a movie to watch. They have scored another return customer, see you soon ladies! read more

Perfect Nails is the best nail salon I have ever been to. You walk out with exactly what you want... perfect nails. I first went here because we used to live across the street many years ago. I still make the drive to this salon whenever I need my nails or toes done, and my eyebrows waxed. I am always extremely satisfied when leaving Perfect Nails. The staff is so friendly and wonderful at what they do and making you feel special. As a nail biter, I could be considered a difficult nail customer. I love going here. Vivian and the other women are so friendly, the service is wonderful and they take pride in making it a pleasant place. Normally they have a nice concert video on the big screen. (If you don't like the performer, speak up and they will happily change.) One Saturday they were doing karaoke and people were having a blast.
