There was a lot more tweezing than I remembered if there were any at all and the process seemed to be longer than I remembered but when she was done I liked the results. However, once I got home and removed all my brow makeup I was so upset, it literally looks like there are dots of removed hair on both of bottoms brow line as well as too completely different shapes as seen in the pics. I read all the other great 5 star reviews and I don't think there are any other reviews mentioning Leela but a businesses work is only as good as the work of ALL their employees, all their work should be consistently good.

I made a reservation for two appointments for bridal henna. The main artist, Murshida, linked me…read morewith an employee of hers. I was told I would have the design sent to me within 2 days of the initial consult, but the artist never provided it. The artist, Sireesha, spent the day of the appointment trying to contact me multiple times because she did not know what time my appointment was. She kept pushing the time back - even to 2 hours late. She did not have the design I discussed with Murshida in detail, but sent me her Instagram profile hours before the appointment to pick a design, which is unacceptable. Then when I wanted to cancel, she started calling me repeatedly, then told me she was going to come to my home anyway, which is f*ing outrageous. She even started arguing with me about what Murshida said to her. There were clearly a lot of mixed messaging and whatever misunderstandings between the two. The cost for this service is expensive as it is. I would not pay the price quoted when the employees are disorganized, hours late to appointments, cannot provide designs as agreed, and cannot meet the clients scheduling needs. They both missed the fact that this service was extremely important to me and because of their immaturity and poor service, I was not able to show this at my engagement party. Because of this, I cancelled the second reservation. Murshida apologized but it was too late.
