Came unplanned last Monday evening and saw Leela (according to the receipt).I had my 1st eyebrow threading experience at this very kiosk about a year ago by another woman and was very happy with the results and thought this would be similar... I mean hey the name is Perfect Eyebrows, I should at least expect good eyebrows. Leela didn't ask what shape I desired or anything and didn't even remove the eyebrow makeup I had. I just told her I wanted a clean up, and she went to threading. There was a lot more tweezing than I remembered if there were any at all and the process seemed to be longer than I remembered but when she was done I liked the results. However, once I got home and removed all my brow makeup I was so upset, it literally looks like there are dots of removed hair on both of bottoms brow line as well as too completely different shapes as seen in the pics. I read all the other great 5 star reviews and I don't think there are any other reviews mentioning Leela but a businesses work is only as good as the work of ALL their employees, all their work should be consistently good. read more

Sanju is the best! I tried to go somewhere else after they increased their prices, but I didn't last very long elsewhere. Even though they charge a higher price, the quality of work that Sanju performs is perfection! She takes her time and really cleans up all the hairs. The ladies there will also give you a mini eyebrow massage post threading! read more

This is my-go Eyebrow Threading place, I've tried many other establishments & other Perfect Eyebrow locations but this is my favorite out of all. They are very consistent with Eyebrow Threading & I always leave satisfied with the results. They provide an option to have a Junior Technician or Senior Technician ($15), I usually opt for the Senior Technician & see the difference in the results of my eyebrows but my only compliant is that there is no way to distinguish as a customer which technician is a Junior or Senior so you just go by who you get. There is usually a wait, but for the most part the line goes by quick. I never really feel the technicians rush either. There are a few chairs for seating while you wait for your turn. The technicians are typically very friendly & ask how you would like your service done. read more

This perfect eyebrows location is my favorite! There are a ton scattered throughout DC and northern Virginia but the threading services done at the other locations aren't as great as this one. I really like going to the kiosk at the Tysons Corner mall as the women who do the threading are very skilled and can get everything done pretty quickly. Just be sure to get there early because there is always an after work/ weekend rush. read more

On my out of Tysons Corner Mall, I saw the perfect eyebrows logo and decided to stop, being that I have had pleasant experiences at other locations (Springfield and Woodbridge). However, I left disappointed with the cost difference concept between senior vs junior technicians. I had NEVER seen that before. I even had the OWNER of one location do my eyebrows, and she charged the regular rate of $12. So I'm not sure how this experience warranted any difference in cost. Honestly, I just think it's a ploy to get more money for average or subpar work. I would advise that you make this pricing consistent across all locations so that it is not a surprise. And also have the technical communicate to customers that they are a senior technician, and ask qualifying questions (ex: have you been with us before?) PRIOR to taking my money and telling me how much it is. Also, please sync your systems. There's software for that. If you're charging $15 there should be a way to take some of the extra money and apply it to that. I will not coming back to this specific location. I'll stick to the Springfield location. read more

This review is for the Perfect Eyebrows kiosk. I come here fairly regularly because it is closer to the mall entreance I typically use than the store front location. First off this place gets busssyyyyy! I strongly encourage people to come during off hours as anything after 5:00pm and you will likely be in line for a while. There is only room for two people to work at a time, and lines can get up to 7-8 people deep. During the day there are usually never more than 2 people waiting. The women here are fast and precise. There is nothing that I like less than a thin, overly removed eyebrow so I typically tell the women here to keep my brow a little thicker, and they nail it every time. Also they are very good about keeping the threads very tight which helps in eliminating the pain associated with threading. They do offer brow tinting, henna, and other services as this location however by and large I usually only see people getting eyebrow threading done. Beware if you give them your phone number! You will get frequent texts offering services you likely wouldn't use like 10% off chin threading. read more

Please consider this as a 0 star review. Today I visited their kiosk near H&M on the first floor. I have been coming here for years and I have noticed over time their customer service has significantly deteriorated. I went today to get my eyebrows threaded and the technician who helped me (Jamuna) was incredibly rude and was talking to me in a degrading manner. First, I could tell she was not paying attention to what I was saying and kept burping near my face. Next, she kept jerking my head around as she was threading instead of asking me to tilt my head in a certain direction. When asked if I would like lotion, I said yes, she hands me lotion in my hand and says I can apply it my self. Like I said earlier, I have been coming here for years now and the technician always applied the lotion to the customer at the end. If I am paying $13, I expect to be given the service promised. I have had incidents where people have told me not to go to this place anymore because of increasing price and bad customer service, but I still went due to convince. However, moving forward I will not be going here any longer and will find a new eyebrow place. I rather pay more money and get good service than to be treated this way. read more

I have never in my life been so unhappy with my eyebrows. They're naturally VERY thick and I like to keep their thickness and shape, I only get them threaded to clean them up a little. I discussed with the woman who did my brows for a good 5 minutes on what I wanted and she understood but them did the complete opposite. Now they are extremely thin, have a completely different shape, half my eyebrow is GONE!! I'm so embarrassed I don't even want to go outside. I don't even look like myself, please listen to your clients because I never want to get my eyebrows threaded again. read more

First, thank you Sanju for holding my iPad for me. My apologies for this late review. I love my eyebrows!!! And I owe it all to Sanju!!!! She is absolutely awesome and gifted because not everyone can thread eyebrows well. Mine are full, nicely shaped and I receive major compliments about them. I believe I get as many compliments from men as I do from women. When I saw Sanju last week threading another customer's eyebrows, I liked what I saw so I thought I'd give her a shot. I explained to Sanju that I just wanted a cleaning but please, please do not thread my eyebrows off the way the person at Pentagon City and the way Regis Hair Salon took a lot of my skin off. Painful!!!!. Anyway, Sanju explained to me what she was going to do and promised that my experience with her would be pleasant. Sanju delivered! She is the most thoughtful and patient person. I highly, highly recommend her! My husband immediately took photos of my eyebrows and now I have several of my girlfriends, my mother who lives here and my sister who lives in California, wanting to go to Sanju. I often fly from overseas to get my done. Why not......i hear women who will fly just to get their hair done by their favorite stylist so getting my eyebrows from Sanju is no different in my view.
