My gown was purchased bigger because of the shape it needed to fit my shoulders which are larger than the average girl. It was way too big around the waist to begin with and then I lost another 40 pounds after I purchased it. My gown was a sample dress so it had flaws such as pulled strings and missing beads. Perfect Fit made my dress fit me perfect as well as fixing all the issues it had from being a sample. He did 3 bustles and took inches off the sides of my dress and charged less than $200 for everything. I will use this business for any alteration needs in the future I am so happy! As soon as my son tried it on, the owner immediately dismissed the idea of tailoring it. Instead, he told my son--a teenager--that the blazer didn't look good on him, that it was too big, and that it didn't fit right. That was not only unnecessary, but also inappropriate. We didn't come in for his opinion on the appearance--we came for tailoring services. The owner refused to listen to what we actually wanted done and was very dismissive throughout the interaction. He claimed the alterations would be "too much" without even properly discussing options. He then started putting together what seemed like random, inflated prices on a calculator. At that point, we decided to leave because of how poorly the situation was handled. As we stepped outside, the owner followed us out and yelled, "You're mean and stupid." His behavior was aggressive and completely unprofessional. We felt uncomfortable and threatened. After I thought about it, I should have called the police. There is likely footage from nearby cameras as well. I also want to mention we were not rude, and we were very polite. **Careful everyone the owner will make a response and claim such things never happened at his establishment, like I just made up the whole thing for the hell of it, I would never write a bad review on someones establishment if it wasn't true!!**

Also, the fasteners they use to hold the train are not strong enough and difficult to find once on the gown. I felt as though my daughters $2k dress was handled badly. It was dragged through a dirty environment, all types and colors of thread needed to be picked from the lace. To be fair, the people who work there are very nice and wanted to please. They did a nice job with hemming the gown that had a lot of lace on it. I feel as though they may be taking on more than they can handle...thus less attention to detail in talking with and helping the bride to be. They need to clean and organize their shop.

Even though her work was good, I only give 4 stars because the place is honestly terribly messy and disorganized. When you walk in, it looks like an explosion of clothes went off and there are articles of clothing everywhere - on the floors, slung across chairs, randomly on tables... everything piled on top of each other. If you don't have the ticket she gave you initially when you return to pick-up your item, it will take much longer for her to find your items and she seems confused (not something that happened from my personal experience, but I've seen it twice with the customers in front of me). If you don't mind the mess and not-so pristine cleanliness (which I just ultimately overlook), the prices are really reasonable and she does a great job.

The last one, the most important, the oldest and my favorite, she had for EIGHT months. When I finally got my coat, it had been relined (which I did NOT want or ask for) and an antique button was LOST. I was sympathetic to the fact that she'd been in a bad accident, but there is not excuse for devaluing one client in favor of others. I would never recommend this place for anyone who has clothing that is valuable to them.
