It was way too big around the waist to begin with and then I lost another 40 pounds after I purchased it. My gown was a sample dress so it had flaws such as pulled strings and missing beads. Perfect Fit made my dress fit me perfect as well as fixing all the issues it had from being a sample. As soon as my son tried it on, the owner immediately dismissed the idea of tailoring it. Instead, he told my son--a teenager--that the blazer didn't look good on him, that it was too big, and that it didn't fit right. That was not only unnecessary, but also inappropriate. We didn't come in for his opinion on the appearance--we came for tailoring services. The owner refused to listen to what we actually wanted done and was very dismissive throughout the interaction. He claimed the alterations would be "too much" without even properly discussing options. He then started putting together what seemed like random, inflated prices on a calculator. At that point, we decided to leave because of how poorly the situation was handled. As we stepped outside, the owner followed us out and yelled, "You're mean and stupid." His behavior was aggressive and completely unprofessional. We felt uncomfortable and threatened. After I thought about it, I should have called the police. There is likely footage from nearby cameras as well. I also want to mention we were not rude, and we were very polite.
