I've been here a few times as I live in the neighbourhood. My only complaint is that each time I leave I get a rash. My skin is not sensitive and I've been threading for a decade now and never have this issue. I believe the thread used here is harsh or stronger than most threading salons. Otherwise it's always relatively quick and easy. They've increased the price of eyebrow threading from $12 to $15 so keep that in mind. read more

This review is for a visit on Saturday afternoon with Asta (?). She started the appointment without even asking what shape we wanted in our eyebrows and proceeded to remove over half my first eyebrow without even checking to see if we approved. In the end, she left us with one eyebrow entirely lower than the other and said the only way to fix it would be if we came in a second time. There will absolutely not be a next time here. I visited Perfect Eyebrows this afternoon for the first time to have my eyebrows threaded. The salon is extremely clean and very spacious. Reshma is very friendly, polite and professional. She listened patiently while I described how I wanted to thread my eyebrows and followed my instructions to a T. She was meticulous and efficient (the entire process took roughly ten minutes). I have very thick eyebrows and prefer to maintain them this way. Reshma was very careful to only remove the outlying hairs and sharpen the shape of my eyebrows as I instructed. Finally I have found someone I trust in the "Perfect Eye Brows Salon". I literally just left Perfect Eyebrows Salon and could not wait to write a review. I picked this Salon because of its location in Wisconsin Ave which is near to my building. I had the pleasure of meeting Reshma, who listened to my requests, took her time with me and was super pleasant and gentle with my eyebrows. The lovely lady did an amazing job reshaping my brows .The salon is very clean and welcoming too. This place is amazing. You will not be disappointed!! This is not the place for a henna tattoo. The results are nil, nothing! Both my daughter and I had designs done and once the paste dried and flaked (as expected) we could barely see anything. Usually designs will darken and ours did not--they simply did not show up. When I contacted the shop, they did not believe me and asked for a photo of my hand. Even then, they said they offer no refunds but would contact the manager and get back to me. Several phone calls, and days later, they offered a redo if I could come over in an hour (literally). My complaint is not only the henna experience which completely failed, but the atrocious customer service. read more

Anita needs customer service training and communication skills. She did a bad job with my brows. One side was ok, the other side was botched completely. I showed her the inconsistent job, and she never apologized even though she had to fix the error. My brows were uneven and she kept on saying she didnt do a good job because I didnt have. Enough brows. That is what you tell a customer who is able to point out a bad job you did? Twice! She repeated this twice! Not sorry. Let me fix it. I asked if the other staff were there. I would never return there. I usually go to New York and I should have stuck to the plan. Off to CVS to buy an eyebrow kit repair. When you go to a salon, every staff SHOULD do a good job. BUT I see why ppl ask for specific staff. Please learn to thread perfectly or change the name of the business. My brows are IMPERFECT for the next 3 months. Aargh. I randomly came across this threading shop in Georgetown several weeks ago and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! Reshma did a great job with my brows and I have to say it's one of the best threading places in the DC/VA area (I've tried dozens of places). I used to pay a lot more for threading at Salon Pejman, which, don't get me wrong, is still a great place for brows, but you will pay almost double there. Several weeks after my visit with Reshma, my brows are still looking pretty good. I don't know how she does it, but thank you!
