Eduardo is extremely professional and he did a wonderful job of easing my back tension, and he also made sure to stretch my creaky & stiff joints. I left feeling so relaxed and peaceful afterward so much so that I made another appointment for next month. The space is welcoming and cozy. I enjoyed the decor in the Egypt room as well. The massage bed was comfortable & I appreciated the a/c when it got a little stuffy in the room. This was a lovely experience & I'm only sorry that I didn't check this place out sooner!! Don't judge the exterior--there's plenty of parking in the back, the spa is adorable, peaceful, and every staff member was genuinely warm and welcoming. Mya is an absolute gem. She may look young, but don't let that fool you--her knowledge, technique, and attention to detail surpassed many seasoned aestheticians I've seen over the years. She listened carefully to my skin concerns, explained every product, customized the treatment, and gave the most relaxing facial without cutting a single corner. My microdermabrasion add-on left my skin unbelievably smooth, radiant, and glowing. You can also tell she truly practices what she preaches--her own skin is flawless! Mya has earned a lifelong client, and I will be recommending her to everyone I know. I also had the chance to briefly meet the acupuncturist, who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I can't wait to book with her as well. If you're looking for an exceptional facial, book with Mya--you won't regret it!

THIS PLACE IS A MUST FOR MASSAGES! I rarely leave reviews,…read moreeven when I've genuinely enjoyed a location. But I NEED to leave a review for Aero!! Background info: I am almost 2 months post-surgery from breaking my collarbone and have a 5-6 inch scar where you can feel the rope-like scar tissue texture. My range of motion has been limited and now that I'm starting to walk/workout lower body, my body has been holding onto tension on lower back and upper right side to compensate for not being able to use my left arm so much. I came in as a walk in after checking 3 other surrounding massage places that didn't take me. Today was day 4 of having a severe, consistent headache and I was desperate to see if a massage would help. The woman who helped me was an older woman (I should've asked for name), but was dressed in black and had her hair up. I let her know of the recovering enjoy but was able to tolerate massage in the area (cleared by my PT). I also let her know about the severe headache, lower back pain as well. She was extremely compassionate, caring, and precise. She checked in to make sure the pressure was okay around my injury. I've never had a massage this relieving, this relaxing, this euphoric. When I turned face up, she was diligent; massaging around my surgical area, and gentle yet firm when massaging over the scar itself. It was an emotional experience because I felt seen, cared for, understood. I have been in so much pain but this woman saw me and could just feel how my body was tense and she took care of me. At the end, I couldn't help but give her a hug. I was extremely desperate for relief. She was so sweet and genuine. It was only $66 and I couldn't believe it. For that type of care and attention to detail, I couldn't believe it. If you come here, you will be taken care of. This was my first time and I will 100% come back. Aero, thank you so much. Truly. I look forward to coming back again. Thank you for helping me have more range of motion to my arm, for taking care of my headache, and being compassionate.

You get what you pay for, and I'm honestly not mad at the service we got considering the price!…read more - PARKING - A bit hard to maneuver since the first lane is completely blocked off, and there's only one lane going in and out of the lot. The plaza can be busy at times so you might just have to walk a bit further. - SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT - Since the plaza is fairly small, the interior is pretty cramped as well. The front area only has space for 4 people standing-room. We had made an appointment, so after checking-in, we were led down the hallway to a room. We passed by several other doors but overall the space is pretty small. Still it gets the job done - the room we got was an odd layout but had enough space for two beds for our couples massage. - EXPERIENCE - They definitely found a few knots and noticed a few pressure points on my back that I'm glad they went a little deeper on. I appreciated the check-ins on whether I was OK with the strength, but there were times when I wish they would have told me what they were going to do next. I also felt like they took a longer time on my back, but once I flipped over, it was only 1/3 of the time. Still, they did a great job considering the price again. - OVERALL - If you want a no-frills quick massage, this is a solid spot!

Came back again this year for another Pink Floyd massage and skipped the facial. I wanted to book…read morewith Christina as that is who I had last year and she was amazing. I ended up going with first available and got Brittany. I want to preface this and say Brittany was great, the service itself was great. However, the whole point of a 2-hour Pink Floyd massage experience is to TRULY experience it. I was SO looking forward to completely tuning out as I have had a very stressful and exhausting month. And unfortunately that did not happen. I would start to slip away into a beautiful, comatose state and then be brought back to reality because Brittany turned down the music a smidge, or she would ask if I wanted another sip of my champagne, or if a certain area hurt to touch, or if the pressure was too much, or if I needed another blanket because I was too cold. I get it, I truly do. And I appreciate her for trying to ensure that I had the best experience. But I wanted to float mindlessly in a state of bliss for two hours. Forget who I was and just let my brain stfu and take a small break. Instead I think I got maybe 20-30 uninterrupted minutes max. After about the second or third interruption, I stopped trying to float away and instead let my mind do what it does best, keep running endlessly. I didnt get quite the comfortably numb experience I wanted, but at least I was able to think about how I could effectively restructure my business in Q1 of 2025. Again, nothing against Brittany herself. It just wasn't a match.

She answers saying "hello" and didn't even specify that I was calling a business. I asked "is this about you day spa in north park or do I have a wrong number" and she replied "ya". Rude and short- and still didn't clarify anything. I said "so this is the spa" she said "ya". I said " I was hoping I could make an appointment I saw that you have a groupon" she replied "ya". So I said " you know what never mind you're not helpful at all and your just rude." I cannot believe the lack of customer service. If you're going to assign someone the job of answering the phone then make sure they are personable because you have not only lost valuable business but you've earned yourself an awful review. By putting out a groupon I would guess that you are trying to generate buzz about your company or drive business- you've definitely generated buzz but not in a good sense whatsoever. We have now spent over 300 dollars at another spa to pamper ourselves today. Sorry for your loss. I hope that whoever manages this business will take action to prevent this from happening to future clients or potential clients.

My masseuse had incredibly strong hands and applied perfect pressure throughout. She worked out all my knots with a level of skill that's hard to find. Only drawback - there was a language barrier, which made it tricky to communicate about pressure and focus areas during the massage. Despite the communication challenge, the quality of the massage was top-notch. Good value for money. Will definitely return and recommend to others looking for a serious, therapeutic massage
