Every time I have ever had a deep tissue massage at other places, they either don't go hard enough in my knots OR there's always a section in the massage that is too hard or hits sensitive spots for me. NOT WITH SUSAN. Susan was so so so great! It was like she could read my mind...harder on the knots in my shoulders and back, but lighter near my spine, glutes, and lower rib area. I didn't even have to tell her what I needed; it was as if she KNEW to spend more time on my shoulders and upper back. It completely opened up and loosened all of my knots. Susan is a godsend. Not only that-- but afterwards, Susan and the receptionist were SO incredibly nice. They looked so happy and eager, and made sure to walk me out and greet me goodbye. At other places, the therapist will often run out of my room without saying anything, never to be seen again. I really appreciate the genuine service here! I will DEFINITELY be coming back and telling all of my friends about this GEM of a place

Upon arriving to the tiny plaza - parking can be 50/50. I had called days in advance to book my appointment but when I arrived the guy who answered was the guy at the front seem to have never booked me (that was weird) but got the masseuse to bring me to a room and give me a massage. I the masseuse lady was nice, didn't really talk, and gave me a good full body massage and did some hot stones but don't recall reviewing foot exfoliation. I left her a decent tip and wouldn't mind returning again on another Groupon deal. Afterwards, leaving the small parking lot was a mess. A delivery truck parked and blocked many cars. He did guide me out a tight squeezed space but still... very inconvenient for all the businesses.

Have mostly had positive experiences here except for my most recent one that really didn't leave a great taste in my mouth - I came at the end of the day with an appointment. I showed up on time but they ran late and I waited 15-20 minutes to get started. Then my masseuse seemed upset that my massage was going to run late and seemed to rush through it. She also only gave me a 50 minute massage when I paid for an hour, and spent multiple chunks of time stepping out / talking to others out in the hall. Because of this most recent experience I am not sure if I will be coming back. They do offer couples massages as well. I recommend making an appointment in advance especially for peak times like weekends and Friday nights, since they can fill up.

Overall, a nice relaxing treat for your body although I wish they also offered grooming services like pedicures. Date of visit: August 16, 2025…read more Since I was in the area waiting for my car to get worked on at Firestone - and my back, legs, and feet needed some self-care post Comic-Con - I decided to not only treat myself to a massage, but also to try out something I've never had done before: cupping. Paradise Spa looked legit, and their prices were reasonable ($60 for 1 hour, and $10 extra for cupping), so I decided to have it done there. Now, while my masseuse did a good job on my neck, shoulders, and back, and the gentleman working the desk was pleasant enough, there were some issues. - The cupping itself wasn't too bad when it was being applied, but apparently she had left the cups on a bit too long and a bit too tight. As a result, not only did I have the suction marks on my skin, I also have skin blisters (she advised me not to shower for 24 hours, as well as not do anything that would make my back sweat). This also leads to my next point of contention... - My masseuse's English wasn't great, so we had to use Google Translate on her phone to communicate. At least she was very apologetic at what had happened to my back. And... - She didn't massage my face, nor pop my fingers and toes! For a guy that works on a keyboard for a living, having my fingers popped is a nice thing to look forward to when I get a massage. Clean environs, pleasant vibe with soothing music - but if I ever go back, I won't have cupping done!

We both enjoyed our time! Parking: They have their own parking lot, though it's a bit smaller. We booked on a Saturday appointment at 12pm and there were only a few spots left. They only have one entrance, so they don't connect from the main parking lot behind-- just a heads up. Price: $100 for 90 minutes or $95 if cash-- which is a great price. We signed up for the $10 discount for first timers and put the code in when we booked online. But upon check in, they told us that the code only works for Monday-Thursday, which was disappointing since that wasn't listed anywhere on their website nor was it mentioned when we booked. Experience: We were in a couples room and there seemed to be a handful of rooms available. Shout out to Polly and Sara for being our therapists! They did a great job and they really dug in my problem areas. I enjoy medium to hard pressure and Polly delivered. What stood out to me the most was that after being on our back, they put Peppermint essential oil on our neck and shoulder, which felt amazing! At any other massages, my sinuses are usually so stuffy when I flip on my back but the essential oil cleared everything up. I'd like to point out however that the walls are very thin. So when people walked down the hall, you can hear them talking. Afterwards, they served tea and water. Overall: We enjoyed our first time getting Thai massage and we'd consider coming back again!

For my first two times I've had Samantha and she was great. However, I recently received therapeutic services from Lilly and she was stellar! Based from my experience with Lilly, she did a lot of back walks, which was amazing; basically trampled all over my back and even pressure to my hands and feet. She also performed the thai signature technique "Cobra" (or 'Bhujangasana') which felt super relieving. It opened up my chest and shoulders and improved my spinal mobility. A lot of the Thai massage therapists (not just from here but other Thai massage places) don't perform the 'cobra' on me so Lilly was the first that I got this from. Towards the end she also had my back on top of her knees and basically pushed me upwards to get some cracks in, and mind you, I weigh about 230 pounds so that was very impressive! Some of the other things they do are typical Swedish massage and also has some hot stone application. Other notables: -Parking is pretty small and I believe it's shared in the same complex with the other shops. I went on a Thursday afternoon so it wasn't too bad! -If you pay cash you get a discount! -It's next to a small airport so you may hear jet noises but that didn't really disturb my experience. -Restrooms are on the middle floor (basically half way up their staircase they have a women/men's room) -They do have zen vibes and play some type of peaceful sounds inside; definitely quiet and well-respected atmosphere. -After massage, they offer you either hot tea or water (your choice) Next time, I will surely be back and request for Lilly. She knows it best!

The lady started on my husband first. I checked the time and it was 4:55. I waited for about another 10 past the hour. She left the room and came back a few minutes later and began to wake him up. I even asked the lady who was massaging me if he was done because the time was 5:45. I know that is 10 minutes before his hour was done but if you take in consideration all the times she left to handle whatever was going on outside of the room she should have made up for it. Amy is a Rare Combination of Skill, Professionalism, and Genuine Care…read more After my appointment with Amy at Kindness Massage, I felt compelled to share my experience because exceptional people deserve to be recognized. As a disabled Army Veteran living with multiple service-connected injuries to my neck, shoulders, back, and knees, I've worked with a lot of massage therapists over the years. Relief isn't a luxury for me--it's what allows me to keep working, serving others, and maintaining some quality of life. Amy immediately stood out. She took the time to listen, understand what was going on with my body, and tailor the session to what I actually needed instead of using the same routine on everyone. Her knowledge of the body, attention to detail, and ability to find problem areas were impressive. You can tell this isn't just a job to her--it's a profession she's invested years into mastering. What impressed me even more was her professionalism and genuine compassion. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and treated me like a person, not just another appointment on the schedule. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, carrying stress from work, or you simply want to take better care of yourself, I would absolutely recommend Amy. She works with people from all walks of life and has the skill set to adjust her techniques to your individual needs. In my opinion, businesses with integrity and professionals who truly care about helping people deserve to be supported. Amy has earned my respect, and she's definitely someone I'll be seeing again.
