Kathryn is ABLE!! She brings music, a table, blankets, and bolsters for under knee or under the neck. She is really incredible and strong. I needed a very deep tissue massage because of the tension and spasms in my back. Kathryn was able to reach into all of the spasms and or knots in my upper and mid-back. She was able to release all the tension and pain that was there. I was completely relaxed and much more flexible after she was done. Most people choose to have massages just to relax. I needed and received a massage that was good for my health because of her ability to get my blood flowing. Particularly in my legs and feet that are generally very cold. I had one of the best massages of my life. It is very clear that Kathryn is very well trained, extremely professional, highly competent and an honest and fair and fun person. My massage was 90 minutes long and well worth what I paid. Run don't walk for an appointment! You will be thrilled with the results!

Amazing Massage Experience - Highly Recommend! I had the pleasure of receiving a massage at Thai Performance Massage, and it was truly exceptional. The massage itself was nothing short of perfect. Sarah has an incredible touch and knows exactly how to release tension and stress. I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and more balanced. The use of essential oils added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend Thai Performance Massage and Sarah for anyone looking for a top-notch massage. I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Alisha! Overall, I left feeling slightly disappointed, though there were definitely some highlights. The pros: parking was easy, scheduling online was simple and convenient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The standout part of the experience was the therapist walking on my back, which was actually my favorite portion of the massage. The brief stretching at the end was also enjoyable and felt beneficial. The cons: outside of the back walking and final stretching, the Swedish massage portion felt disjointed and choppy. The flow never really came together, and it felt as though the therapist may not have been fully trained in traditional Swedish massage techniques. I also wasn't a fan of the oil that was used. More oil had to be applied between what felt like nearly every stroke, which interrupted the experience, and the scent was quite antiseptic and clinical rather than relaxing. Since this was my first visit, I don't have much to compare it to at this particular business, but based on this experience, it didn't quite meet my expectations. There were some unique elements I enjoyed, but the overall massage lacked the smooth, relaxing flow I was hoping for.
