Vanea made me feel so comfortable and the process for no needle lip filler was not as painful as I thought. She explained everything step by step and answered any questions I had. I've been getting treatments from Vanea since the very beginning when she opened her location. At the beginning, I had no idea how it was possible to see such drastic changes after one sessions when she would post her before, and Afters of other customers, and who wouldn't want those results right so the first time I came in I asked a bunch of questions since I had done research myself, and she is totally knowledgeable of the process and what massages she is doing to you, and after that first session my own before, and after picture wowed me. I literally felt like I could fit into any dress at that point, bloated belly was so flat! Warning!!!DONT COME HERE!! Pretty disappointed with the service here. I pre booked my massages in July 2023 and Vanea the owner canceled on me last minute! My surgery is a week away and she canceled on me because I asked a question! I was told to be careful with my massage therapist because if your lymphatic massage hurts. You're with the wrong person and that they should also be certified. I got nervous and wanted to ask more questions since I didn't in July. I reached out to Vanea because originally I went on her website to just make sure the information wasn't already on there before bugging her. Her website only has the services and prices. There is no information and detail on what exactly the procedure is. It also didn't say if she was certified and I felt like that's something important the website should say (because other professionals say when they are). I reached out to her and when I asked what a lymphatic massage was since I've never gotten one she said "it's a massage on Lipo areas girl". Like if she was annoyed at me already. I didn't take it personal so I just asked if she could explain in detail since website didn't have much info and she immediately just turned me away and told me to go elsewhere. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! When a client has questions and concern as a business owner you should be able to answer all questions! Also my surgery is a week out and now I have to scramble to find someone! I called another place right after she canceled and asked her to explain the massage & she was so nice! Went into detail. I told her I heard people say if it hurts it's the wrong person and she didn't get offended! She was polite & assured me it would and just gave me information like I was expecting from Vanea but she didn't deliver! Overall, I'm happy this happened because it just proved to me that she probably isn't certified, she probably doesn't know what she's doing because why did she get so triggered off a question? Made me wonder if other people have said or asked similar stuff because why be so sensitive? But everything happens for a reason & I'm glad I'm not going to her. It was a sign! read more

Just left my first body sculpting appointment with Silvia, and I'm SO happy with the whole experience! First of all, we saw more than a 1/2 inch decrease in my waist measurement by the end of the session, which is amazing. I generally feel much tighter / less puffy!
