I had to get my old couch removed, as well as some paint, trash bags, wood, a broken white board,…read moreelectronics, and closet shelves! We researched places to get junk removal so we could get it done all at once. They quoted us $179 which was really reasonable! They were available within a couple days of contacting, which was great because we were getting our new couch soon! They called at around 9:15 and said they would be at our house in 20 minutes (our original time was 10am, I think). I appreciated that they didn't have us wait around all day for them. When they arrived, they were quick, efficient, and careful with the objects that had to be removed. I put most of it on the old couch and the paint and wood was by the door so they could quickly gather it up. They got everything done in about 15-20 min! I was amazed. We went to pay and they said we would get a call. Someone called moments after and we paid over the phone. We got 10% off with the coupon on their site for being a first time customer, so we paid around $160. Great deal! We will use them again if needed. Also, they try to reuse/recycle as much as possible! Awesome mentality.

Second of all, One day I came home and my Garby cans were gone (this was after they were acquired) and Garby was acquired for a while then. I contacted customer service and they said my account had been closed. What?? My account has been set to autopay. They then said I would have to wait almost a week to get new cans back. Oh, and I didn't even mention, The rate went up by more than $20.00 then when I had Garby. Now, I have to go through the hassle of calling a bunch of other services and finding the best rate to switch too. THANKS A LOT EVERGREEN. Would not recommend.

They started off great, but have deteriorated a great deal since the first of the year. If they pick up at all, they leave either the trash or the recycle. They are now as bad as all the local companies. Three of the last 4 weeks, they have missed pick ups...recycle twice and yesterday missed the trash. When you call, they quiz you as if its your fault that they missed the whole streets pick up. They definitely charge my card right on time, to ensure that they get the money, but they certainly do not see the need to actually perform the service that I have paid for. I guess my expectations are way too high. They may be a bit cheaper, but I guess you get what you pay for. I would rather pay more and get the service performed adequately.

JJ, our client representative, was professional and friendly throughout. Albert and another gentleman arrived right on time at 9am. They were both super friendly, and the whole job took maybe 10-15 minutes--even though the grill was in a tricky spot. Everything was handled quickly, cleanly, and without any hassle.
