First red flag was when I walked in, I was the only customer and all three ladies were there sitting. I asked for a brow clean up and they all looked at each other and started saying something and pointing at each other. Although I didn't understand the language it was pretty obvious that they were debating on whose turn it was to do a service. They all pointed at the younger girl and she did a slight sigh. I should've left immediately after that but I sat. I made the comment stating that it's disheartening to feel like no one wants to do the service and the girl simply said "no it's not that it's just that we take turns" and I said "yea but when you do it like that it gives off the impression of no one wants to do it" and she just kept on doing her. I asked for a clean up but instead she reshaped my eyebrows and made them thinner than what I'm used to and heightened the arch in my brow. I was very upset. She asked if I liked it and I said " it doesn't matter because you can't fix my brows cus you thinned them out and I can't grow them back rn to get them fixed". She just stood there and smiled sarcastically which is fine cus all I had to do was say I didn't like them but I was just really upset. I left without tipping and then when I got to the car I noticed my eyebrows were uneven too. The inside part of my brows don't match like I've always had them. She shortened my right one so now I have to fill it in towards the center part to reach the outside of my nose where it usually sits. Very very bad customer service and quality. I'll be going to the other HEB on El Dorado. They do a good job and make me feel welcomed. read more

The women working here are very nice and understanding. I wouldn't know who to recommend as they all do a very good job. I always leave happy and the service is normal not quick again it's your eyebrows ! And the atmosphere is very comfortable make sure you stay in line. I would recommend 10/10 read more

Found this place 5 years ago after moving from Sugarland. First experience was not so good. The lady did my eyebrows really messed up!!! I didn't pay BUT the next time "Charmayn" really rectified the miss hap. After that my eyebrows have been on point!!!!. Quick and easy. Charmayn is super sweet and let's me know when she's working or off. I moved to League City now and i still make the drive here just for my eyebrows. read more

I am a very picky customer lots of people do what they want for your face SHARMEEN Listens and does exactly what you want. When I find a good threader I am a loyal customer and will never dare to jeopardize my brows with any one else - she is who I trust my face with. Recommended One slight issue She only works on the weekends I never tried anyone else who works there they may be good as well. only because she was my first and I was too satisfied no need for anyone else. This is my go to place for my eyebrow threading. No one ever does my eyebrows with such precision as they do. I'm very particular about my eyebrows and they never fail me. They always have to fix my eyebrows when I try to go to some place referred by someone else out of convenience. ‍ Taking my 5-start rating back. I went back yesterday to get them done and specifically asked for her to do them thick and she made them thin stating that she followed the way the previous person did my eyebrows . I just want people to follow instructions. I tell them EXACTLY how I want my eyebrows but they seem to want to do whatever they want to do. I'm so upset. I have to calm down before writing this review. I hate with a passion when my eyebrows are done wrong. Especially being threaded being that they take longer to grow back. Ladies were nice and service was quick but she messed up my eyebrows. One is way thinner and higher than the other. She knew she messed up because she tried to explain that she made one higher because it would look better when it was longer. Which doesn't even make sense. And I didn't realize until after the fact what she meant by that. If you want a good eyebrow threading go to the Walmart in Pearland and hit up Seva beauty. They charge cheaper for better service. That's where I usually go but since I was here I decided to give it a try. Never again sticking to seva beauty! read more

I only go here if it's a last resort, and I can't drive out to my usual eyebrow place. The person who did my brows seemed like she was trying to get me out of there ASAP. In the end when she held the mirror up to my face, she had to go back TWICE because I pointed out some places she missed. She also took off the tail of my left eyebrow, which was the second time this has happened here. My eyebrows were fully grown out too, so I know I had a tail before I came in. Good thing is that I know how to fill in my eyebrows, so I didn't say anything. She also CUT ME with the thread and I'm pretty sure her saliva from the thread entered my wound, so there's that. Don't be afraid to tell them if they're doing a half-assed job, because you're paying for it. If you're OK with the odds which is 7/10 they will mess up your eyebrows, then go here. If not, avoid it at all costs! read more

Told the lady exactly how I wanted my eyebrows, after finally growing my eyebrows to the thickness I liked I went for a clean up. Not only did she make them too thin but lost the shape I had, I tipped what I felt was appropriate for the horrible work done just to see on my bank statement that they added more tip then what I put. Worst service, wont be returning. Avoid going there. read more

I have given this place the benefit of doubt to many times. The lady assigned to the second chair messed up my eyebrows again. My eyebrows were left uneven and she took off way too much; leaving a huge space between them.I had to come home and try to fix it myself. I will not be going there anymore! If I could, I wouldn't give them a star rating. Now I'm just hoping my eyebrows grow back. So if you're reading this save yourself the misery! Go somewhere else! read more

I was always a regular customer. I loved how they threaded my eyebrows. But ever since they have hired on new girls, I will not be returning. The first new girl that threaded my brows, cut me above my eye with the thread. It was small and not really noticeable. I just told myself I would stick with the girl who always does them the next time, she had never ever ever cut me. I come back again a few months later and the only girl working is a new girl. But I needed them done badly. But she cut me even worse this time! A huge line right under my brows. She pointed it out and apologized. But seriously, are you accidentally leaving a cut of blood on every clients face! I was so upset and didn't to pay but I did. I am so sad. I loved them, but their new hires are horrible. The cut scabbed up, but since its on a a delicate part of my face has fallen off. Now I'm going to have a scar on my face from a so called professional place. Ugh. read more

TERRIBLE! I do not recommend this place to anyone! I gave it more than one opportunity in hopes that it was just an "off day" or I maybe I was having a bad day. There is only one person that knows what she is doing there. I had a terrible job done on my eyebrows this most recent time and pointed it out. I was told "you feel the right one is thinner than the left" my response was "I don't feel that, that's what it is, it is blatantly obvious". Then I was told to just put a little bit of powder to make it look even and that would work. Um no, I don't want powder to make them look even, that's why I came here. To top it all off, I had a wedding in just two days that I was the maid of honor in and my eyebrows looked ridiculous. I was told that they understand I have a wedding but they will grow back. Really?!? Never ever ever will I spend another dime or waste another minute in this god awful place. Steer clear ppl, just go to HEB for groceries...not eyebrows! read more
