Megan is great at explaining the process and very cordial. The machine has worked WONDERS at reducing my hair growth after 3-4 sessions. I was brought to the exam room and we talked about what I was trying to achieve. I had only bought 20 units of Botox and I knew I probably needed a bit more. The technician/nurse (what do you call the person who puts the good stuff in your forehead?) said she could do 30, 28, or just the 20 I purchased, and explained the advantages of each. I really appreciated that she didn't pressure me or try hard to upsell me but I knew I probably needed 28 so I purchased additional. She did her magic and that was that! On my way. She said it might take 2 weeks to see my results, but 4 days later, I am already seeing it start to work! What more can I ask for? So happy I came here. They have called me after hours and holidays to check up on me and have given me the attention and reassurance I needed at times. Those things are nice, but I want results. Holly gives me great results. Not having all of the froo froo stuff, but paying less than places that do? Works for me! Hollly's experienced and very knowledgeable. My results were better here than at Ann Webb spa, if that tells you anything. They also offer a variety of other services, like injectables, cool sculpting, yag, etc. Be sure to request Holly and you won't be disappointed. One more thing, the salon can be hard to find at first. It's on the second level of the shopping plaza, next to a tattoo shop.

I am black and had my previous 5 treatments with a revolving door of technicians so perhaps that lack of continuity on the business end contributed to my current situation.
