Megan is great at explaining the process and very cordial. The machine has worked WONDERS at reducing my hair growth after 3-4 sessions. I can't wait to see results after I complete my 6th session and beyond, but very impressed so far and don't have to shave the treatment area hardly at all. The nurse didn't have the "before/procedure " pictures ready, so she told me she would send them to me with the after picture she took. I was surprised, because I thought the result should be reviewed in person. She suggested showing me some before and after pictures of other patients and suggested to buy additional services if I wasn't seing satisfactory results. I didn't find that relevant at all, and let her know I would like to judge based on my own before and after photos. Since then, I have called four separate times to follow up. Each time, the receptionist assured me that the information would be sent "right away," but nothing ever happened. A week later, I would have to call again and repeat the entire process. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and failure to keep commitments have been very frustrating. While customer service begins with making promises, it also requires keeping them. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of repeated assurances without any action.

You are just another number and they could care less. I am black and had my previous 5 treatments with a revolving door of technicians so perhaps that lack of continuity on the business end contributed to my current situation. Amazing customer service from a great team of artists…read more After researching the local shops I decided to use Pigment tattoo. I was assisted by Frodo "Swagins" Nunez. His work is absolutely amazing. After the initial consultation he sent me a sketch of what he came up with based on our discussion. With a few minor adjustments I knew that he was the artist that I was looking for. On the day of appointment Frodo was ready for me and did excellent work. We had a great conversation while he drawing. The next time I'm looking for a new tattoo I would definitely be seeking out Frodo again.
