Rose just hung up on me and said "ok, bye." Just. Hung. Up. When I called back and asked to speak to her she rudely said "I thought the conversation was over." NOPE! When you abruptly hang up on someone, the conversation isn't over. How dare anyone question a patient's inability to keep an appointment when they've been treated in an ER the night prior & it was not remotely related to my chronic pain. I have zero history of substance abuse & would have happily peed in a cup if I could've kept the appointment. But, I was dismissed, demeaned, and not listened to. I felt horrible. I guess everything happens for a reason and I'm glad I didn't wind up in this joke of an office. Seriously stay away. Ps. Interesting that there is a glowing review of Rose & the doctor from the same day my appointment was scheduled to see their NP because I was told Dr. Villanueva was not in the office. I have multiple emails and messages from Rose that Dr. Villanueva was not present. Seems a little odd, no?!

I had an appointment scheduled, but was told after three weeks by someone in a call center somewhere, who admitted she wouldn't have the most accurate information, that they only work on the back and not other areas of pain. I was referred by my spine doctor, but he knows that my whole body is in pain so he wouldn't have referred me to someone just for the back. If you do manage to get through to the office, they don't answer the phones. It just rings and rings and goes to voicemail. I've read through many of the reviews on here, and that seems to be the general consensus. As someone who worked in a medical office at the front desk, I know that if they are not answering the phones and reflecting good customer service, that gives me a bad feeling about what my experience will be once I get there which at this point maybe never because I am not booking an appointment until I know if he treats my issues. The fact that I can't get an answer like that from the people at the call center, reflects poorly on the company.

I put them in my shoes and use them every day. They lasted more than a year and it helped my back to heal and not get inflamed like they used to get.
