I wish to thank the team that took such great care of my Fiancé, Mike Phillips who passed away last July 5th. Mike could be tough sometimes and just didn't take to kindly to too many folks, but he spoke very, very highly of all of your attending personnel. This is still a very sad and raw time for me, but I take great comfort in the knowledge that as his life was ending, you eased his pain, kept him comfortable and clean which was very important to him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Brenda Hale

This facility kicked my grandmother out of hospice just because she didn't pass within the 6 month period. They promised to readmit her with new dr orders and they didn't. They have a very unqualified dr who visits patients. Visiting Dr. Sanders has difficulty walking to even get to the patients room to evaluate patients. Owner Mark is full of undelivered promises. Do not trust him. He does anything to bribe you to leave a good review for his facility. Reviews are fake!! Genenia, Rosario and all office staff offer very low assistance when needed.. please investigate Possible fraud.

I urge you to carefully consider this before contracting with any hospice provider. Unfortunately, our experience with Faith & Hope made an already painful situation even harder. In April 2025, my mom suffered a massive stroke. She was placed under Continuous Care (CC), which meant she required critical, around-the-clock nursing support. We were told her case would be re-evaluated after three days. However, the care was stopped in less than 24 hours and we were given only 4 hours' notice that services would be discontinued. At that point, it was clear our needs no longer aligned with Faith & Hope's philosophy of care. We scrambled to hire private help on extremely short notice. That night, my mom was in significant pain & experienced agitation. She needed her medication adjusted and an increase of the dosage frequency to help manage her symptoms. The next day, we made final attempts to Faith & Hope to reassess mom's eligibility for CC, even though the on-call night nurse, when we asked, did acknowledge that we were free to seek another hospice provider. We waited all day for a response from Faith & Hope, but heard nothing. Faced with another evening without adequate care, we transferred my mom to a different hospice. They gave us the right care without hesitation. Sadly, our mom passed away only 4 days later. The only positive experience we had with Faith & Hope was with Nurse Theresa. She cared for my mom with compassion, dedication and a true commitment to patient advocacy. Theresa's thoughtfulness and support helped guide my brothers and me through an incredibly challenging time, and for that we are deeply grateful.

Unfortunately, my dad didn't recover from his surgery and died a week after he got to Con Carino. When I was researching the care options, I knew that I wanted to have Linda's support for my dad and my family through his death--I just wish it hadn't happened so quickly. Before hospice began, I was managing much of my mother's care on my own. It was overwhelming at times, especially in the periods between doctor appointments when there were so many unknowns and I was doing my best to make the right decisions for someone I loved so deeply. When Roze Room stepped in, they gave me one of the greatest gifts I could have received--they allowed me to be a daughter again instead of a full-time caregiver. I was able to focus on what mattered most: spending meaningful time with my mom. There were so many extraordinary people at Roze Room who cared for us along the way. I am deeply thankful for every one of them--from the nurses who lovingly cared for my mother and comforted our family, including those who remained at her bedside around the clock during her final days; to the physician who spent hours with us in our home answering questions and guiding us; to those who arranged medications and medical supplies to be delivered within hours; to the home health aide who bathed my mother with such gentleness, dignity, and respect; to the spiritual counselor who was always available; and to the bereavement team whose support continued even after my mother's passing. I know there were many others working behind the scenes, and I am grateful for every person who played a part in caring for our family. Of course, none of us wanted to face saying goodbye to my mother. But we all agreed that her passing was as peaceful and beautiful as she would have wanted. She was at home, surrounded by the people who loved her most, and receiving exceptional care. Roze Room was truly a blessing to our family. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, they brought comfort, peace, and dignity to every step of the journey. If you are searching for a hospice provider, let me first say how sorry I am that you are facing this difficult chapter. It is a time filled with uncertainty, fear, heartbreak, and grief. I sincerely hope you find the same peace and comfort that our family did. I wholeheartedly recommend Roze Room. They cared not only for my mother, but for all of us, and I will always be grateful for the compassion, kindness, and dignity they brought into our home during a time when we needed it most.

With their help, she recovered from the first stroke and was able to get around and feed herself. Over time, she had another stroke, a heart attack, and eventually had memory loss, spending her last years in memory care. I want to say that not only did my mom get wonderful care, but they also cared about me! They made sure I understood what my mom needed. They went over her meds, always explaining what she was taking, and talked about diapers, what brands worked best for her, wheelchairs, mattresses for the hospital bed, and so on. I will say I went several times each week to check on things - it's teamwork, and with Arcadia Gardens on my team, my mom had a good life right up until the end. Thank you Flor and her staff in memory lane.
