Overall my experience with Marse Cleaning and would use them again. The crew of 3 arrived within…read morethe agreed upon window, which helped me tremendously with my schedule - as I was working from home. During the scheduling process, Jannet (sp?) was extremely responsive, which was impressive. She explained some of the negative reviews I'd come across and I was satisfied with her explanation. After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace. Personally, it made me increase my respect for Marse and resolve to give a positive review for them, recommend others use them, and openly say - I would use them again, definitely! My oven was sparkling like it was the day I moved in! The flat fee charged was fair and reasonable. THANK YOU!

Initial promised price - $152.99 for a regular cleaning with kid friendly supplies…read more I was made to sign a document, without first receiving any confirmation on the time they'd visit - which was fine I guess. Though, they gave me a time slot that was outside the scope I asked for making me rush things to accommodate for them - this was a bit unwanted. Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). Feel like I was ripped off.

After I contacted them about the damage, they claimed the drawer was "already broken" which is completely false. The drawer was fully intact prior to the service, and I have multiple witnesses that can confirm this. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame the customer after being caught. I now have to repair this myself with only two days before my lease ends. Mistakes can happen but hiding damage and then denying it is unacceptable. I would not trust this company and do not recommend their services. Pictures of damage are attached.
