Not trying to bash this business, but this has to have been the greasiest pizza I've ever had. I literally blotted it with paper towels to try to soak up the grease before eating. I ordered a medium "pepperoni explosion" pizza. And I think someone forgot the extra pepperoni. Each slice seemed to have one circle of pepperoni on it. The menu said it was also extra cheese and the cheese did seem about right, but definitely not the pepperoni. A medium pizza was $17, and to be honest, it really isn't enough for 2 people. I guess it would be enough probably for 2 women, but it definitely would not be enough for 2 guys! The pizza tasted good, but just seemed to be rather expensive for what we got. Also, the crust probably could have been baked a little bit longer as it was more doughey than crispy. I would probably try them again in the future. But if it wasn't any better the second time, I would probably go to one of the other pizza places that High Springs has to offer. read more

I haven't eaten at Pepperoni's since we moved here over 15 years ago so I decided to try them again. I am still not fond of their pizza. It has always been overcooked and dry. It seems to not have enough sauce and cheese. I am not fond of the taste of their sauce either. Their garlic knots were very dense and not very garlicky. Perfectly round like store manufactured. So sorry I really wanted it to be better. Tough situation since High Springs now has several other pizza places and competitors are many. Everyone in town will tell you it is the best pizza and that may be true or at least a tie. By far the best garlic bread sticks. So why not 5 stars?? Only because a limited menu and minimal indoor seating. They are however right next to subway (why they don't do sandwiches they have an agreement) so if someone in your group don't want pizza they can still get a sandwich. read more

This pizza location is closest to my new home we moved too and it really is good for a small town. There sauce is not heavy on a regular cheese pizza and the dough is not thick. The sizes are good and they always have specials going on that helps with your budget. For my fellow divers this is a great place to grab a grub after coming from the springs nearby. Give this place a shot it will not disappoint. The location is very small so keep that in mind it's better to order to go. The staff is very friendly. read more

I'm not much of an American pizza aficionado but I do appreciates good and tasty pizza and this place nailed it! Ordered 3 larges for a group of divers and they made them up in 15 minutes flat! Hot, fresh, tasty! Tomato sauce was flavourful with a hint of garlic, cheese was good, fresh veggies on the veggie pizza, Hawaiian was great and my fave was no surprise my usual pepperoni, bacon and pineapple. A couple people mentioned the cost was high. Got 3 larges and 2 2L pops for $65us. Fair if you ask me and the customer service was spectacular! Thanks for a great night. Very disappointed. I've eaten here three times and won't again. The pizza was exactly like Pizza Hut, that's to say incredibly average. The calzone was also average. Today, when I walked in, the first thing I noticed was that the dining area was not clean. All the table tops were dirty. They remained that way the entire time I was there (10 minutes). How hard is it to bus and wipe 4 tables? Whenever I see a dirty dining area, I always have to wonder "if what I can see is this neglected, how bad is what I can't see (the kitchen)?" I got the meat lasagna, it was hefty, a decent portion size but it had slices of gray meat....they looked like leftover breakfast sausage. Very, very disappointed, to say the least. read more

The good: The pizza is the best you can get in High Springs. It's made with quality ingredients, the people who work there are friendly , and it is fast/convenient. The bad: The pizza is expensive. Two pizzas and bread sticks $40-50 dollars. Tonight I bought 60 wings for $67. I'm not sure the price to quality ratio is there. The ugly: They don't deliver. We've been getting pizza from Pepperoni's for years. They're always prompt, staff is friendly, and the food is decent. Is it the best NaY style pizza I've ever had...probably not but they're decent and consistent which I appreciate. Probably the one thing I'd like is a little more sauce on their pizzas. Sometimes they can taste either a little dry or a little overcooked. Fairly standard mom and pop place for our area. We've enjoyed both their pizza and their stuffed shells and will continue ordering from them. What I am very pleased with is how above and beyond they've gone during the pandemic to keep both their staff and customers safe down to tiny details like making sure the pen you sign your bill with isn't the same one the last customer used before they have a chance to clean them. While not everyone in our town is doing their best to help protect each other Pepperoni's staff is and it's truly appreciated in these crazy times. read more

The veggies are fresh, generously portioned and are cut the right size which means they are neither over cooked or undercooked. The sauce doesn't overpower and just enough cheese. I'm impressed!! I used to love this place and would recommend it to anyone. Over the last couple years I've noticed that the quality of their food has decreased and the prices keep going up. They're wings are fatty and don't bother paying for extra cheese on your cheese bread because you won't actually get it. The customer service in this place is horrible. The owners are rude and do not care about making their customers happy. I have been giving them second chances but this last time, I got a smirk after pointing out an issue with my order.
