I have been ordering from pepperonis since they recently opened. I like their specialty pizzas, pesto chicken, mas mushroom and roasted veggie. Im sire the others are just as good i just stick to what i like. Granted im only 3 blocks away but when the pizza gets to my door it is still very hot. The large greek salad can feed two people easily. They have gluten free crust and vegan cheese so if you have food allergies, like me, they can accomodate you. So we ordered from them a week ago because we saw the delivery red truck in our neighborhood a few times and decided to order from them, an try something other then the big chains like dominos or Pizza Hut. At first they told us we were out of delivery zone which made no sense since our neighbor orders from them all the time. So they checked with the driver and he was able to deliver. Pizza was great and even gave them a shoutout on our neighborhood facebook page and had several neighbors post that they use them as well and love their pizza. Well I just tried to place an order again and the girl said I was out of delivery zone... MAKES NO SENSE TO ME. said driver was busy and couldn't check to see if he could deliver. We liked Pepperoni's a lot when we first started getting it from the Cinco Ranch location. But it was never perfect there and now the new location has definitely had some mess-ups. Nothing that crazy but enough for me not to want to order from there again. Like one time, the pizza was delivered to us and we opened the box and I immediately noticed that the cheese looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while rather than being delivered hot and fresh. My husband and I do love the pepperoni rolls but even having those too much, you can get sick of them quickly. Or at least we did. Plus, we have never not gotten them and they're dripping in grease. Yuck. And oh, by the way...NOTE TO THE MANAGER: One of your delivery drivers (I believe they drive a black Toyota car) always drives out of control in our neighborhood. STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES Been using the 1463 location for over 3 years. Never have had a problem with customer service or quality of product until yesterday. I won't go back. Due to my son's severe nut allergy, I always ask them to make a note to inform the chef/cook to ensure no cross-contamination with any other nuts (like walnuts from their salads). The cashier took down my request, walked back and spoke to the chef to inform him of my request, then asked him if he would come speak to me about the allergy. The cook refused. The cashier then repeated, "its a life-threatening food allergy you should really speak to her", but the chef said "no" several times. Basically, that was it for me. Next day, called and spoke to George the worthless manager. He tried to contradict my story and make excuses for the cook, even though he wasn't even present at the time this occurred. He said, "Well, do you even speak SPANISH? How do you even KNOW what the cook was saying?" Hello, because I was 7 feet away from him you freakin' idiot! I'll go back to Pizza Hut or make my own crap for this kid. You'd think it wouldn't be such a big stink to just acknowledge the allergy and make the dang pizza. Ordered several pizzas from here already. Always good. Consistently fresh tasting and never had an issue. The Special is great and we love Canadian bacon. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant has a nice sitting area that seems to be kept clean. I've only ordered delivery and pick up. Pizzas during prime time (dinner) still get delivered inside of 40 minutes which is acceptable for a pizza made from scratch. FORT BEND SPOT. ON FM1463 Well the reviews had me excited. However It was not true at all. Ordered a large meat pizza and a large Greek salad. Then the clock started. Placed order at 6:01 per their ticket and then received it at 7:30. Ok they told me it would take 45 mins. But when I called they just said it was out. The driver then showed up and used the excuse that he had to delivered another one first. Ok fair. So that's why I get a cold pizza that taste worst then dominos. The pizza was good, we ordered thin crust, the crust was thicker then most thin's I have had. Pizza was flavorful, perfect amount of sauce. Took several minutes for them to come to the front so I could pay and on top of that the pizza was terrible and undercooked. My favorites are the individual pizzas, they are too die for, each done too perfection, on occasion we have ordered the chicken Alfredo, desserts , and sandwiches, we have never been disappointed. So happy they opened this location. My husband and I order for delivery at least once every other week. They are always upbeat and courteous when they answer and take our order. The delivery time is always shower than they project, usually 20-30 minutes. We have had their salads, pepperoni rolls, and a few of their specialty pizzas. The pizza is SO good. My favorite is the Supreme. Not a Pepperoni original flavor, but their toppings are always fresh and hearty. My husband and I each order a medium and it's enough for 2-3 meals each. I love the crust, which to me can make or break a pizza. The pizza sauce, specifically noticeable with the rolls, is a little bland but definitely still worth it. We bought the coupon book they were selling before opening and don't regret it one bit. It was worth it with our first purchase- we have easily gotten at least $30 worth of free stuff and we have only used 3 or 4 of the coupons so far. Someone mentioned you could still get it at the counter, but i'm not sure. read more

We had an incorrect order once and my wife called and spoke with the manager. They immediately remade my gyro and delivered it quickly.
