So happy to see a virtual cooking class on the Weekly Savor from Central Market. So easy to invite several of my friends who I met cooking virtually at many, many Yelp cooking events. The free live online class and discussion with Chef and Restaurateur Einat Admony, who is known for her fresh, sophisticated Mediterranean palate, was fabulous. So interesting to learn about Chef Admony's journey and challenges as a chef and then cook along with her using chicken, lemons, herbs, onions and olives in Braised Chicken with Olives and Citrus. She also did a bonus Tahdig recipe. The food turned out amazing!! Chef Admony was one of the first chefs to introduce Israeli cuisine to Americans. I would love to eat at her flagship New York eatery, Balaboosta. She sold her Taim franchise to Chipotle, the Mexican fast-food chain. She has competed on the Food Network's reality television show Chopped and won twice. She is also a comedian and is a great teacher. Her passion really shined during this virtual class. Thanks to Chef and Restaurateur Einat Admony for sharing your wonderful story as a chef and your cooking tips. You are an inspiration. Thanks also Central Market Cooking School for offering this great class virtually. Thanks for the recipe and the recording. Braised Chicken with Olives and Citrus. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Put the chicken, olives, onion, preserved lemon, dried limes, lemon slices, oil, honey, salt, cilantro, garlic, turmeric, cumin, paprika, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix everything thoroughly, making sure the chicken pieces are well coated with the spices and herbs. Arrange the chicken pieces skin-side down in a deep baking dish in a single snug layer. Arrange the rest of the mixture over the chicken. Whisk the stock with the orange juice in a measuring cup and pour over the chicken.

After looking at several options, I decided on Indulgence by Natasha because of her attention to the flavors and foods that we liked, instead of a generic menu. Chef Shannon arrived on-time and quickly got to work preparing a delicious meal. She was friendly and personable, but never intrusive. She cleaned as she went and by the end of the night we had one of the best meals of recent memory, a clean kitchen, and I had a happy wife! Highly recommended and will use again for the next special occasion.

Natasha and Chef Shannon took into consideration all dietary restrictions (there are many) and created weekly menus based on those needs. I've enjoyed delicious, restaurant-quality, healthy meals. I highly recommend Indulgence by Natasha and specifically Chef Shannon as she has taken a severe diet restrictions and made delicious meals.

It wasn't awkward at all, and because you're seated at a table full of other people - i didn't stand out for not having a partner or group. They don't have their own space, so we rented out a room at Clutch Distillery. The even was inside, in a cozy room where they had all of our supplies set up for us on tables in little stations. There were 15 of us in the class, with 5 people at each table. The instructors were clear and gave you all of the information needed to have a successful cake building experience. The cakes turned out honestly so much better than I imagined, as I am no where near an expert! The class was just under two hours, and the girls packed up our cakes for us to travel home with. And yes, it was dug into as soon as we got home and was absolutely delicious. Great experience and would highly recommend

I never would have guessed that I would actually create a decent professional looking cake (IMO) but I've never been prouder. The directions from the owners ( two young women- that took the cake) was very easy to follow, they were both extremely helpful and left no man behind lol. I can't wait to join them at another event. Highly recommend
