You can order right from the screen and pay there, and they have a convenient water station. The food always comes out quickly and is consistently so tasty. Absolutely LOVED it. One important tip: ASK FOR THE GLOVES. Seriously, I don't know why eating fried chicken while wearing plastic gloves sounds so funny to me, but trust me, they'll save your clothes and probably a trip to the restroom to wash your hands. You'll still somehow end up with sauce on your face, though. Just embrace it. The place has kind of a cool K-hipster vibe, the service was super polite and friendly, and the chicken was fantastic. I usually like to get the soy garlic flavor while my sister loves the galbi flavor. We also get the sweet potato fries. What doesn't make this my favorite spot is $90 for (2) orders of the wings and (2) orders of fries with Ken's ranch. That price is crazy to me. Don't remember if they added gratuity for that check or not since we had 4 adults and 3 toddlers. But for wings and fries for 4 that is just pretty hard to justify. Service was decent. And the restaurant was pretty clean but I will say the food did that very long to come out. So our large fries baskets were all gone since we were picking at it since it took so long. Guess better than nothing!

This was not a difficult order so all I can think is that one of your employees must have been hungry and decided we wouldn't miss our sandwiches. I mean - come on - my granddaughter can count up to four (as in four sandwiches in the bag) so it wasn't a math problem. Do you know what a pain it is to get your money back from Uber Eats, re-order AND get it re-delivered? Chick-Fil-A also owes me a tip - not gonna NOT tip the new delivery person just because y'all can't fill a simple kind of order. So, yes, you also owe me a ten dollar tip!
