Definitely a great place to go get stone but give them a chance to build up that stock again.

The sign in the showroom reads: "In stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of purchase with a sales receipt, in full cartons, excluding outlet or sales items". After just a couple of days, I tried to return my order, unopened, in full cartons, with a sales receipt, and purchase tile in a different color. I fully understood that I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. The salesperson told me when I purchased the tile that it was "in stock" and coming from their NY warehouse. When I tried to return it though, the store manager told to me it was a "Special Order" and the sale was final. How is something coming from your own warehouse a special order? Sound like B.S. to me!
