    I went to the store to get a brake job done, oil change and after market headlight bulbs put in. I don't mind paying a premium to get service done, Replacing the headlight bulbs i was quoted $98+tax no problem, but once I pull out the cash to pay they added a $35 shop fee. I've worked as a service advisor so I know the business... the manager should have discussed that with me prior to doing the job. Once I paid looked at the receipt and saw that charge I called the store, talked with the manager and he played the role of having a willing Ignorance of having no idea that was going to be charged, and never told me about it.... Slimy business, I would never recommend this place to any body... also I tipped $25 just to say thanks for a good job. I regret doing that, please go to the other store in Tulsa.

    DO NOT GO HERE!! I will start off stating that there is zero…read moreintegrity in the service that they provide. Safety is out the window, and all they care about is getting you in and out while making as much profit as possible. We brought our van to be serviced (placement of a new radiator) on a Saturday. When we picked it up the workers complained about how hard the job was, but that everything was working perfect. We paid and went home. When we got home the van stalled out!! We looked under the hood and IT WAS A MESS. The battery not plugged in right, screws, bolts, hoses not connected right, hardware sitting on the upper portion of the hood, and a BROKEN radiator (the clips that hold it in place were broken off as if someone had just forced it in and then attempted to cover it up). The radiator was loose and sliding easy back and forth. We brought it back in on Monday (closed Sunday). My husband had to take of work for this, and I work nights, so this was not easy. They were initially defensive when we showed them all the problems, but when they saw all the issues they apologized and said that they would take care of the problem. We picked it up later that evening, and when he got home to look at the new radiator--IT WAS BROKEN still!!! We called again and were told to bring it up AGAIN! We dropped it off Tuesday night at their request so that they could fix the problems all day Wednesday. We pick the car up on Wednesday. We get home.....THEY GLUED ON THE BROKEN PIECE OF THE RADIATOR PASSING IT OFF AS BEING FIXED. THE PIECE FELL OFF WITH GLUE ALL OVER IT. My husband and I were over it. We paid close to $1000 for a service that was not done. The manager REFUSED to refund the cost of the radiator telling us to just go back AGAIN so that they can "fix it." We told him NO, because there is ZERO trust left in their quality, integrity, and their complete disregard for safety. My husband has been in the aerospace field for over 15 years as a higher level mechanic. The only reason he couldn't do this job himself was due to time!! They did not realize that my husband knows mechanics well, including all of our vehicles. Me being in the medical field I see how dangerous car accidents are firsthand. Their lack of care and safety is appalling. DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY CUT CORNERS AND DO NOT CARE FOR SAFETY!!

    I love this Bixby Midas!! That's my go to spot for oil changes and repairs... and sometimes even…read morelive animal extractions!! Yes! You read that right! This morning I had a first! Started with my check engine light coming on and then then the parking assist light flashing, next the service soon light! It was like a lit up Christmas tree of warnings! Sent my anxiety soaring! So- I took it right in. I took it to Midas because I trust them. Went in and asked Scott if they could take a look and see what the heck was going on.... I was ready to blame the snow and ice for it all! Well....(Drumroll) They SO found the problem! A bunny!! Or as we call him, Kevin Jr. Appears this cutie was causing quite the kerfuffle!! Kevin (The mechanic) at Midas was amazing. He went above and beyond to get Kevin Jr. out safely. He was so careful not to hurt him and he extracted the cute big hairball out of my engine like a true professional. Kevin Jr. was released into the wild to go get into someone else's car! : ) Afterwards they took great care of my car, and me. Fixed what the bunny damaged (which was a result of him chewing on things) and now I'm happy to say my car is all better. I would like to give a big thank you to Kevin, Scott and the Midas Bixby team! You guys are great!! Just wanted to add I think it's pretty epic that they support women a this Midas location. There is a really awesome female mechanic named Nichole. She's super talented AND Bad ass!! As a woman it's really awesome to see that. I'm sure she will and already has inspired other girls her age who are just starting out to go for it! So ya, she's a rockstar! Okkkkk got to go, it's time to make some bunny stew hahaha.     They have typical prices for basic services and typically have some deal going to lessen the price…read morefor you. However, any time I have had tire work there are issues with tightening up my lug nuts or other bolts related to tires (I'm not an expert). They'll say the car is all good when I typically have to immediately return because loose nuts were making my car shake! Waste of time. Kevin and Scott are good about fixing the problems through.
