I explained I changed those myself and only had 3500 miles since being changed. He went ahead and removed my engine filter and compared mine with his new one. His was much whiter only because of being manufactured that way. Tried to upsell even after I requested not to open engine filter. Next, he stated work was completed on oil change. I asked if oil filter had been changed. He said yes, by the technician under my vehicle. I explained that was pretty hard to do since my oil filter is on top of my engine and while sitting in vehicle I would able to see it being changed. He then replaced the oil filter. So be careful. Lack of experience could get you an oil change leaving you with a dirty oil filter. And they attempt to upsell products that aren't required. Moving onto to another location, hopefully with more qualified service technicians and not so much concern about upselling products that are not required.

The people working were extremely kind and treated us with a lot of respect! They took the guests that were there and the appointments over the walk ins which we appreciate because some shops prioritize the walk ins. We appreciate how the management is working here, how when a technician pulled the truck out they heard tire rub (which is normal on a 2500 sized truck with wide tires on it)but the manger immediately checked on it to make sure that everything was alright with the truck. To get all 4 tires done it took about 1 hour and 30 mins roughly which is the quickest we've had tires taken off the rim, put back on the rim and balanced! Great crew and great service!

Staff tried to talk me into replacing all tires although they had few miles and car is garage kept and out of the sun. Note; they added a "service charge" due to use of credit card - this is not posted anywhere and you only know when the bill is posted. After a long wait they said the car was ready, but it did not appear. Then someone came out to the waiting room and said they wanted to check the spare for an additional charge. The new tire appears to be properly mounted but will not use this business again.

I will be taking my vehicles here exclusively from now in after a stellar first experience…read more Above all else, customer service here is top notch. Absolutely loved working with Daniel and the whole team here--they're all extremely professional, personable, and know their stuff. I'm no car expert (otherwise I wouldn't be here, right?) and they were always patient and helpful in explaining the issues without being condescending. The free shuttle service is great for longer repairs -- and one of the reasons I was drawn here in the first place. Or you can sit and wait for something quick like an oil change. What might be my favorite thing is that most communication can be done via text or online forms. While I love to talk to people, my day is usually full of conference calls and it's much faster to just send a quick text or check a box to approve repairs, rather than wait an hour or two for the call to end just to call them and give them the go ahead. I wasn't expecting that at all, but it's so much more convenient than having to play phone tag. And of course the quality of the work is fantastic -- without going into a ton of detail of our exact repairs, they were able to fix two ongoing problems with speed and ease, while the shop that found the problem in the first place still hasn't even called me back. Very impressed and plan to come back here for any future issues. I mean this in the best way that I really hope I don't have to come here very often outside of oil changes and tire rotations, but I know I'll be taken care of when I do.

AVOID CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVE…read more My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive has been extremely frustrating, and I would think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. I took my vehicle to them **THREE SEPARATE TIMES for the same A/C problem**. The A/C was blowing hot air, and the only reason I continued returning was because I was told the repairs were covered under warranty. Instead of resolving the problem, I repeatedly found myself dealing with additional charges and explanations about why certain repairs supposedly weren't covered. They would cover one part of the repair and then tell me that something else was "not part of the original repair." After the second visit, I drove less than 20 miles before the check-engine light came on. I took the vehicle to AutoZone and had their free diagnostic test performed. I was told the problem indicated a fault involving the A/C sensor. When I brought this back to Christian Brothers, I was told the sensor wasn't covered because they hadn't replaced that sensor during the previous repair. So after already bringing my vehicle to them multiple times for the same A/C problem, I ended up having to pay another $150 deductible through my CarMax warranty. At some point, you have to ask: Why wasn't this properly diagnosed and repaired in the first place? Their phone hold message talks about being nice and taking care of customers. That's great advertising, but being nice isn't the same thing as actually taking care of the customer. Taking care of the customer means diagnosing the problem correctly, fixing it properly, and not sending someone back out the door only to have the same problem--or another related problem--show up almost immediately. After three visits, additional expenses, I have completely lost confidence in this shop. Honestly, "Unchristian Brothers" would be a more fitting name based on my experience. If you take your vehicle here, get a second opinion and make sure you understand exactly what they are--and are not--covering before you authorize anything.

Best part of this place is the mere fact that Mark knew the area well & in fact grew up there too. Sooo glad I accepted his advice too! Not only did Greene's do what they said they were gonna do, they did more IMO w/o the discrepancy in non essential things needing repairs. Big bonus to me. My vehicle had been making a loud funky sound when the wheel turned (front end). My vehicle had new brakes installed last summer around this timeframe. Turned out the brake rotor plate was too extended. This caused the excessive noise I & others heard. So grateful to my buddy Mark who did a solid for me in terms of directing me to Greene's. Greene's rotated my tires, inspected my ride & the total cost was $40. Thank you sooo much Greene's! Hope I don't haveta see you guys for a good while.
