I first wrote about Todd & Co back in '13 and he is still the same now as he was then. Our computer that he built for us was acting up so after a phone call, I dropped it off with him to look over. He called me back a couple of days later and told me that my computer just needed to be really vacuumed out because of the dust. He declined any payment and said that it was all inclusive in the price I originally paid him! This man is the king of customer service! I was having a major meltdown with my business computer a few years ago- luckily, I found Todd through a Christian radio station I listen to. Todd is great. I had issues with a dying laptop,it was used for business and always slow running with quickbooks. I had just met Todd for the first time and he is very akamai about his craft,he offered options,but inthe end I went with his suggestion and couldn't be happier. I called Todd in panic because I had spilt liquid on my laptop and it had stopped working. He made time for my husband and I to stop by immediately to take a look at it. During the whole process he was very thorough with examining everything he was doing as well as giving us a better understanding as to how our computer works.
