Everyone was very helpful and very nice…read more But, we came here to cut down a fresh Christmas tree, and this "tree farm", had nothing left besides precut trees from Sparta, NC. My boyfriend and I were greeted and given a saw (when asked) and we ventured out into the farm looking for our beautiful tree. We walked, and walked, and walked. All of the trees were either "Charlie Brown" trees, or they were tagged for other customers. It's only December 4th. So, this farm is advertising that they have several varieties of trees (check out their website) and they had nothing left except for precut Fisher Firs, and it's barely December. We ended up taking home one of the firs because we didn't want to spend all day looking for tree farms. Very disappointing experience, but I gave 2 stars based on the staff.

They are having an open house…read morethe first Saturday of December and they were offering discounts on their Christmas trees so that's when we went to get ours and we got about five dollars off. They also have a great sale on tulip bulbs at $1 each. We met the owner and multiple staff members and they were so nice and gracious. There is hot chocolate and hot cider to drink as you peruse the trees. The parking lot is a bit small it's about 20 cars but we went early on a Friday morning we had no issues. They also have a really awesome tent full of poinsettias and Christmas cactuses. there's also a nice wood-burning fire going on so you can smell the smells of the season.

They also have wreaths and the ball lights that they made...they are beautiful. Prices are high but to be expected when you buy a Christmas tree once a year. It seems that if you wait a little longer like a week or so after Thanksgiving, the prices did decrease about $50 or more. I guess they are trying to get rid of the trees. So if you can be patient, highly recommend waiting a week after Thanksgiving and you can get somewhat of a deal but to me they are still high lol. Still a beautiful tree!!

They have so many nice displays set up and you can also see one of their interior trees inside when driving around the back. This family is so kind and generous to the community. They have special events and invite specific groups on different nights. This event is organized and the road is blocked off for traffic patterns and police direct traffic. We only waited about 10 minutes before entering the driveway. This is a must see and worth the drive. It's truly a beautiful and magical display. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. My husband and I walked into the Glenwood location one weekend to pick out new quartz countertops for our kitchen. Stephanie showed us what they had and advised us to go to their Hobby Ct location to view slabs of quartz. While at the Hobby Ct location we fell in love with the Panda White quartz countertops and texted a picture to Stephanie. She was able to provide us with a complete quote within minutes! (My husband had drawn a diagram of our kitchen with measurements.) Stephanie scheduled a measurement appointment to take place about a week later and an install date about a week after that! Amazing! Instillation took place yesterday. A crew of three men removed our old counters, installed the new counters, hauled away the old counters, and cleaned up before they left. They were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job. I cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish they were a breath of fresh air to work with. If you've ever had any work done on your home you know it is often a nightmare. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. They came to measure for granite backsplash and run the product up the wall…read more They said it would be in one piece and it was installed in three pieces. They did not have enough men to install and had to stop and wait for 3 additional men to install. One of the seems has settled and needs to be redone. Looks horrible. A stress fracture is also in the granite. They measured incorrectly and it was installed wrong costing me more for the range hood. I have written and sent two certified letters with no response. As well as numerous calls with not response. They do horrible work and do not care. Buyers beware do not buy from here.
