They have so many nice displays set up and you can also see one of their interior trees inside when driving around the back. This family is so kind and generous to the community. They have special events and invite specific groups on different nights. This event is organized and the road is blocked off for traffic patterns and police direct traffic. We only waited about 10 minutes before entering the driveway. This is a must see and worth the drive. It's truly a beautiful and magical display. His initial consultation resulted in a very detailed consultation report with 4 options. His onsite work was AMAZING! We had a huge bamboo field that had become completely overgrown. While I was standing outside my car talking to a friend, one of their workers came from behind the car next to mine and blew grass clippings directly into our faces, into my open car, and all over my dashboard, floor, door panels, clothes, shoes, and hair. We were yelling and waving our hands to get his attention, but he didn't stop right away. When he finally saw us, he just turned around and walked off -- no apology, no acknowledgment. I called the McDonald's right away and was given the landscaping company's contact info. I spoke to a woman who said she'd pass the message to a supervisor, but no one ever followed up. Totally unprofessional behavior and even worse customer service. If you care about courtesy and respect, I wouldn't recommend this company for any kind of work.

We have been when the father still ran things. I have photos of the huge goldfish in their large…read morewater pond.Since the new people are in charge, we hardly recognized the pond. It was full of hair algae, large pockets of it and the water was murky. Gone were the huge goldfish and being able to see the bottom. Horsetail bamboo seems to be growing out of control. We walked over to the greenhouses and several were filled with blight consumed plants, rows and rows of them. Instead of closing the doors on them, they were wide open spreading the blight across the property. We went through the gift shop and the cashier never acknowledged us, he was sitting in the dark staring at his phone. We are totally disappointed in the loss of a landmark business. We miss your Dad and sad to see his life's work in such bad shape
