I just purchased a gorgeous Japanese maple and two hydrangea trees from get rooted. Chad and Craig were awesome they brought the trees and planted them and then actually came back because I didn't like the placement of one tree which was incredibly accommodating and kind. They're easy to deal with calm, good natured and groovy. really cool garden utopia over there too! Pretty nice dog that runs around oh and while you're driving out there don't think ya passed it because it's in the middle of nowhere. Well being from New York it's in the middle of nowhere but it's probably close to town but remote. Long live get rooted! read more

This place is a hidden gem! It was recommended to me by my landscaper and did not disappoint. They have an amazing (and massive) selection of Japanese maples, evergreens and even some flowering trees/perennials. There is a different variety here than you would find at other nurseries in the area and the staff is incredibly helpful. It's also a very scenic drive so I recommend this as a fun weekend trip. I easily spent about an hour poking around this place, there's a lot to look at! The few pictures they've posted here don't do it justice representing the large scale. I've been going there for several years, recommended by two well-known gardeners. I have purchased a number of trees and shrubs and a few perennials. They have planted several of the trees and shrubs and all have done well. Chad is an excellent experienced gardener with unusual taste. We had a tree and a bush we wanted transplanted as well as we wanted two trees added in front of the house. No one would do anything for us! We were lucky to find this place in an internet search. We bought the two trees and hired them to plant them. They came by two days later, planted the trees, took a look at the transplant job and did it right there and then. My wife was so happy that she gave the tree and bush a chance to live as she is Buddhist and really didn't want to kill them if need be. No promises they'll make it, but at least someone did something for us and at a reasonable price. We'll go back to Get Rooted again when we want to buy more plants, shrubs and trees.
