Prices are very reasonable and staff is extremely knowledgeable. Recently the entrance has been moved so if you're traveling east, you will need to turn down a side street to get into the parking lot. If you're coming from the west you can turn in right off of Old Honeycutt. The parking lot is sufficiently sized unless they are having an event or big sale then it can get really hard to find a spot. Inside the main building they have a lot of garden and non-garden items such as soaps and lotions and even an Ice Cream shop!! There is a decent sized greenhouse attached where you will find all of your houseplants along with houseplant pots. Look for the green and orange stickers for 75% and 50% off respectively! Outside they have a wide selection of trees, shrubs, giant pots, grasses, and other yard decorations. Compared to Big Bloomers in Sanford they are quite small with a limited selection. However, I believe that the plants they have available would appeal to a variety of customers. Definitely worth the stop!

Lots to look at, trees, bushes, soil, flowers, pumpkins, herbs, pots and lots of garden supplies and seeds inside. The staff was nice, it was 4 not 5 for prices. On average their plants are at least 10% maybe 20% more than other stores. Soil was about the same cost. I will say the plants are healthly and the garden is nice and it isn't a big box store so I will more picky but still fully support.

Was told this has never happened before. Their resolution was $45 back to my credit card as a goodwill gesture or I can get another yard of dirt. They would not refund the order or come pick it up. They told me that I could only refuse the delivery before it was dumped, and once dumped they will not pick it back up. That policy does not help when the problem is inside the material and only becomes obvious once you start spreading or sifting it. I expected clean usable soil/compost mix, not a load I had to hand-sift for glass. Hope everyone else's 50/50 from here doesn't have glass. See image for amount of glass found after sifting 1/4 the pile.

However, instead of receiving those, I was sent rocks from a previous order that I had already canceled. When I contacted them again, one representative told me that the correct rocks could be shipped to me, but that the incorrect rocks could not be returned. The following day, I called again and spoke with a different representative who stated that I was never told a replacement would be sent and that they would not have made such a promise. As a result, I have spent my money on the wrong product and am now unable to afford the correct rocks I originally ordered. They have so much business they didn't give a crap if they help me on not.

When something went wrong, I was blamed even when I was not involved in the situation whatsoever. I was treated as if I never listened, yet I was nearly the only one to remember to bring ribbon to the wedding venues so we wouldn't have to drive back. They ripped apart my work constantly, and nearly made me leave the floral industry entirely. I am thankful to have found compassionate and wonderful designers after this place. I have seen the mistreatment they have done to others during my time there as well. There's a reason why they can barely keep more than the same 2-3 people who have stayed there for so long. I will never forgive a place that treated me so poorly during a time of deep grief. I am not sure how a business that is centered around giving a thoughtful gesture to another person can be so lacking of compassion.
