I've never been to this penny pinchers before so I wasn't sure where I was needing to go for online orders. I was redirected a couple times which wasn't even a big deal because the people were really sweet. UNTIL I got to the online orders section. Dealt with a old scrawny white man. I was waiting in line and he tells me "what do you want?!" With an attitude and stupid sour face that you just want to slap. Anyways I remain calm I walk up to the counter and say I was there to pick up my order and he continues with "did you already pay for this online?" Again with a nasty attitude! Uh yeah.. that's why I'm in the line right?! Anyways I tell him my order number and with a nasty tone of voice says what were the parts?! Always have the parts I need at a very low price. Most of the parts have warranties as long as you remember to save the receipt. A low cost and quicker alternative to the big corporate branded parts shops. As with any part's shop, there are good times to go where it is "dead". Obviously the weekends at 2pm is not a good time. But any other time, especially weekdays and evenings is a great time to go. Also, if you are going into a labor intensive project that requires lots of time to remove the part, make sure the new part is tested and works before installing it. Example would be a starter on a Crown Vic. It's a 3 hour job because of the control arms blocking access. I also got a real good deal on a cooling fan and shroud for my Thunderbird at half the normal price. I never had a problem with a part from from this shop. Just make sure you know your vehicle's specifications. read more

Cheapest auto parts in the valley for sure. Been buying parts here for about 7 years after switching from Autozone and wrecking yards... never have I run into any problems with anything I have purchased.... however I have returned a few items that I ended up not needing and its pretty fast service and no issues at all. Open until 7 and gets really crowded. Parking is the most complicated situation and chances are you will end up with marks on your car because of all the cars piled in the spaces and over crowded. First off I bought a starter for my 98 accord for wayyyy cheaper than the big wigs wanted (corporate) if yu are a do it yourselfer or a weekend warrior or just need a part this is the place to go .. I'll definitely be referring folks here. Also purchased was a main relay and of course a lot more inexpensive vs. all the other corps .. Good place to go for parts and more . The only thing they don't sell is refurbished batteries lol if yu didn't know about refurb batteries like I did they work just as well as a new with a warrantie as well .. Amazingly cheap prices for quality parts. Would give five stars but the only complaint is that it is hard to get a hold of them sometimes when you call about a price on a part. Lines can be long during middle of the day but best times to go are right when they open in the morning. Excellent customer service otherwise, will always be first choice when I need auto parts! read more

So i called P.p for a part for my car ( a p.steering pump for 03' buick regal) and of course it was the cheapest with the highest core charge. Buuuut... The part stopped working a week after i had paid 83.00$ for a 48.50$ part. ..?so i called and talked to a manager and he said to just bring it in and they'll replace it for free. So mind you i live 45 min away from phx n mad rush hr traffic. With no a/c ugh so i get there expecting to recieve my new pump and instead the guy starts paying me for the core charge im like wut r u doing im supposed to bring this one back and get my new one i had called n the manager said hed replace it with a new one??? And i quote!!!... " we dont sell that brand here, so i cant replace it, you did not buy this part from here!" Ummm excuse me? I watched u guys pull it out of the box, show it to me, put it back in the box, brought it home n watched it personally being put on and after it quit personally watched it being taken off and you're going to tell me !EVEN THOUGH THE RECEIPT SAYS I BOUGHT IT THERE! R seriously going to tell me u guys did not sell me this part. They refused me. I couldn't *%#¥$n believe what i was hearing. Im so irate. So they jacked me for the pump they sold me gave me my petty ass 25.00$ for the fricken core chrg n now im screwed outta that pump that i know for a fact they frickin sold me.
