Went into Pennington Locksmith with my broke kwikset front door handle looking to get it repaired. A lady approached me and asked me how they could help. I showed her my handle,to which she then told me, without even looking at my handle, that they did not have parts for my handle. She told me what it would cost just to look at it, she said it would be $40. an hourand that it would probably take 2 hr. and that it would be better to buy a new one........ I could tell immediately that she was trying to avoid working on my handle.... The handle is pretty new, so I know they have parts for it, and if they don't they shouldn't even be in the business. I continued my search for a good locksmith which I found in Chandler called Professional locksmith a few blocks away, as I enter the establishment they looked at my handle and in less than five minutes it was repaired and the cost was only $25. The saying goes: Do a great job and I will tell and refer you to a few people and friends Do a horrible job or refuse to do your job and I will tell them and everyone I can find, to let them know Pennington Locksmith is not worth your time or money. Great local Christian locksmith. My church is right up the street from here and we visit often. They have several odd keys that they can make as well as the standard ones. They are real straight shoots. Don't worry about being taken advantage here. Great little place. read more

Came here for my 2008 MS3. I needed two keys and a remote. They had the keys in stock and they were cut and programmed in under ten minutes. The remote was another story, but after hours of research and a second replacement remote ordered by them it was found out that the car had an issue with the BCM. They gave me a full refund. I brought an 1999 jeep in to have some transponder (chip) keys made. Pennington went the extra mile to get these keys to work. What they don't know, is that I have already gone to another locksmith who couldn't get the chip keys to program and a dealer who wanted me to leave the jeep with them for a whole day and charge over $200 to get the job done. Pennington spent the time to make the keys work. I am very happy, and they were lots cheaper than the dealer and they got them to work while I waited.
