(1000 miles 50/50 for major components). The signing of the papers and the inspection were brief as the dealer told us they support their cars and used cars go through a very comprehensive inspection process, (plus we wanted to respect their time for staying to the last minute to close, plus we were told they will support us for 30-days. We drove 90 miles to pick up the car. Having a high level of trust in people, and when buying from a dealer, one would think you are covered and taken care of. After driving it home that evening, we noticed something just didn't seem right. My husband immediately called the next morning asking for support (including sending them videos of the engine issues). Sales, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Service, General Manager all ignoring my voicemails and emails, as we got passed back and forth and ignored for days. The dealership staff that we dealt with, all the way up to the General Manager continues to ignore my emails and voicemails. After speaking to and sending a lengthly email to Ed the GM, he acted like he knew nothing about my situation, rushing the call, saying he will look into to it, and rudely hanging up! They dismissed our request for support and we had to put $1800 into a vehicle that was only owned for 15 hours with less than 100 miles of driving. The staff was absolutely rude. Horrible customer service!! I would never recommend buying anything from this dealership! I have purchased dozens of vehicles in my years and this by far is the worst experience I've ever had. They are not interested in making it right and just don't care! 3-weeks later and zero resolution or support! I waited to submit this review, believing they would make it right and they have not even tried!

I'm pretty upset with McQuillian in Girard. I bought a very nice used car from them just over a…read moremonth ago. first off, and I know it's not a big deal, however, I made a deal with them on the price. We shook on it and everything. later, when it came time to sign the papers, it was $5 more than we agreed on. It was just enough of an increase to make us sign a paper for tax purposes. Then, my back up camera wasn't working (realized before I left the lot the day I bought it), so they took it in to fix it. They had it longer than I did. I had it for about 2 weeks, they had it for 3. When I got it back, there was a big scratch on the back bumper and down the side. First they said there was nothing they could do because there was dirt over the scratches, so who knows when they occurred. Mind you they had it for 3 weeks Just for a backup camera. Then they said those scratches were there before I bought it, and that they had tried to buff them out, but were unable to get them out. yet, after buffing it out (without washing all that dirt off) they got 90% of it out, leaving just the deep gouge. Then come to find out, the plastic cover on the side of the passenger seat is also broken. So now every time I get out, it snags on my leg or on my purse. I know for a fact it was not like that before. But why bother telling them about it. They will just lie and deny it any way. Moral of the story, don't trust the service department at McQuillian Chevy. They "send" your car off for weeks just waiting for a part, break things in and on your car, and then deny and lie about it.

The staff was very knowledgeable and asked me to bring the RV in for review. I made a second trip with the RV to meet with A J (the installer). He assured me that he could do the job and we then scheduled a date for the install a couple weeks later and I gave them a deposit to order some parts which they thought might be necessary. I came back on the scheduled date and the job was completed in about 3 hours at a cost less than the original estimate. A J reviewed the new installation with me and showed us how to use the new Pioneer AVH-2550NEX unit. One of the parts they ordered was not actually needed, so we even got a refund credit for the unused part back on our credit card. We are very satisfied with their skill and customer service and recommend their service very highly. Thank you very much for a great experience! It was well worth driving the 65 miles from our home in Warren County on each visit to get this job done at a very reasonable cost less than we expected.
