Having owned new Subarus and new Fords for decades, in 2017 we bought our first Honda - a 2017…read moreHonda CRV EX-L. Why? the Bianchi Honda salesperson, Josh, knew everything about the product from start to finish (very impressive), Honda's reputation for longevity, and he was willing to "negotiate." 9 years and 89K miles later, we love our Honda CRV and wish we had bought one decades sooner. The Bianchi sales team was professional and accommodating, the service department is honest and efficient and their prices are not out of line with other shops. All we have had to do other than normal preventive maintenance is having the front brakes replaced at 87K miles, and tires - a major cost savings over our previous vehicles. So, we have a great car with low maintenance costs and a great service shop. Next year, we will trade this oen in and get another new one from Bianchi Honda!

I was in sometime last week in regard to needing help with my wiper replacement I had purchased…read morewipers from Walmart but was unable to get them onto my CRV. I called first to see if they were available to help me and they said to come on it. I didn't catch the guy's name that helped me, but he looked at the wipers and then tried to install them and then said that the 25 CRV required Honda wipers. Walmart wipers 28.50 for the from Honda wiper for the front 78.00. After further thought I was like there is no way that it only takes Honda wipers so I YouTube it and found that indeed you can put Walmart wipers on the 25 CRV'S. Yes, I probably should have watched a video before calling Honda, but I didn't think I would have needed too.

I was able to easily book a same week appointment through the MySubaru app. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ramon rios. He was super helpful and made sure I knew where I could relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, a snack and get connected to wifi. The service visit took about an hour and I was on my way. I'll be back for my next warranty visit!

I was told to go to another authorized dealer, who determined the brakes and tires were not in the condition that New Motors stated at the time of purchase. I later discovered my credit had been run seven times. I was never notified of the six denials. dropping my credit score by 90 points. I found the previous owner's paperwork from inspections and services performed outside of New Motors. I am in the process of taking legal action since New Motors is not fixing the issues, even though they stated in response to my complaint to the Attorney General's office that they offered me a new vehicle. Again false. Subaru of America advised me to seek legal help to have credit reporting issues dealt with. They also advised that I not bring my vehicle back to New Motors for servicing. I highly advise not purchasing a vehicle from New Motors in Erie, PA. I spoke with a couple while looking at vehicles at a used car lot who also had a similar recent experience with their vehicle from New Motors.

Had to schedule some vacation days to leave my car with Gary Miller Dodge Service Deptartment weeks…read morein advance. Ive had voltage dropout on my power steering when driving at low rpm and lost comms with TCM and other modules. Inconsistent voltage from day to day (some days are 14.3-14.5v, and some days are averaging 14.7-14.8) which ive been told could be a bad connection with the alternator power harness (68266467AA im assuming but what do i know). Since the initial TCM dropout Ive noticed a lack of front wheel torque on my awd system. The guys at the service center ran some quick witech diagnostics and then sat in the parking lot idling my car not testing any of the conditions which i described when i set up the appointment. Whole thing is on my 4 way dash cam. Havent watched it all yet but im currently watching the part where the mechanic is making speculations about the old cb radio harness and light controller pigtail (doesnt connect to anything) present in my center console and digging around in the area which is of no consequence to the work I needed done all the while making false assumptions about various components. You can clearly hear them joke about charging me for diagnostics then denying me service and sending me on my way. Keeps trying to impress the younger dude with his defeatist mentality. Nothing to do with the alternator or ptu simply rooting around in my car looking for excuses to do nothing. He even grumbles about my push button starter saying it is aftermarket, when it is a simple all-red decal over the stock button. All the mechanics in this place and I get stuck with this guy?? At the end of the video the guy finally moves my car again into a different parking spot in the lot and as he does so you can even hear him go "What the -- is that sound?" as he turns the wheel at low rpm. At which point he parks the car, leaves my center console and armrest all torn apart and they call me to pick it up. As i left the shop my car's electrical system cut out on me before I was halfway home. They charged me 180$ to burn 20$ of my fuel, making zero changes to my car and leaving me in a dangerous situation on the bayfront.
