Called the dealer who I purchased it from with a question about a cracked steering wheel air bag cover. I was told by Solomon Ford that any dealer will fix it for me. I have purchased 5 different trucks from Champion. They are more interested in changing their commercials every other week than they are ensuring a good Service Dept. After never receiving a call from Butch or the Gen mgr of Service, I drove to ask status. I was then told that "Ford denied it" I said could you please check again, Solomon Ford has assured me over and over it is a covered item. I was getting no where with Champion and if you ask me one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. No one took the time to further investigate my issue. I told Solomon that I'd try another Ford dealership. BOB FERRANDO took 20mins to see it was covered and called the next day for pics. Within 2 days the part was ordered. I will forever be dealingbwith "Arlan" at Ferrando for the rest of my car buying days. BEWARE OF CHAMPION FORD's willingness to fix warranted parts! If you need brakes or oil change, don't trust Champion, go to someone local like Rt 5 Auto on Westlake Rd.

Had to schedule some vacation days to leave my car with Gary Miller Dodge Service Deptartment weeks…read morein advance. Ive had voltage dropout on my power steering when driving at low rpm and lost comms with TCM and other modules. Inconsistent voltage from day to day (some days are 14.3-14.5v, and some days are averaging 14.7-14.8) which ive been told could be a bad connection with the alternator power harness (68266467AA im assuming but what do i know). Since the initial TCM dropout Ive noticed a lack of front wheel torque on my awd system. The guys at the service center ran some quick witech diagnostics and then sat in the parking lot idling my car not testing any of the conditions which i described when i set up the appointment. Whole thing is on my 4 way dash cam. Havent watched it all yet but im currently watching the part where the mechanic is making speculations about the old cb radio harness and light controller pigtail (doesnt connect to anything) present in my center console and digging around in the area which is of no consequence to the work I needed done all the while making false assumptions about various components. You can clearly hear them joke about charging me for diagnostics then denying me service and sending me on my way. Keeps trying to impress the younger dude with his defeatist mentality. Nothing to do with the alternator or ptu simply rooting around in my car looking for excuses to do nothing. He even grumbles about my push button starter saying it is aftermarket, when it is a simple all-red decal over the stock button. All the mechanics in this place and I get stuck with this guy?? At the end of the video the guy finally moves my car again into a different parking spot in the lot and as he does so you can even hear him go "What the -- is that sound?" as he turns the wheel at low rpm. At which point he parks the car, leaves my center console and armrest all torn apart and they call me to pick it up. As i left the shop my car's electrical system cut out on me before I was halfway home. They charged me 180$ to burn 20$ of my fuel, making zero changes to my car and leaving me in a dangerous situation on the bayfront.
