A lady was sitting by me with her coat on, apparently waiting for him to close so they could go home. She literally glared at me with a very unfriendly look on her face. I finally gave up and left. I will never go there again in spite of the fact that its location is so convenient. His brother has a place way on the other side of town where I go for many things. Presque Isle Auto gave a very reasonable quote and so I decided to go with them. I was easily able to make an appointment that fit my schedule (and the schedule of the person who had to pick me up and drop me off while my car was there). I dropped the car off at about 830am and the repairs were done by 1pm. The car was washed inside and out, and the repair looked great. I have attached photos of before and after to compare. It looks like the original window and if you didn't know it was a replacement, you could never tell. All around very happy with the service and obvious care Presque Isle Auto has for the customer. Although I hope to not need it, I will definitely be back.
