The gentlemen that work here are just that. I requested a price quote on tires a few months back…read morebut wasn't ready to get them at the time. When I called them to make an appointment, although the price increased, they still charged me the original quoted price. They didn't have to do it but they did and I'm truly grateful. I was in and out, back on the road in what seemed like minutes with new tires. To add, their prices bear out everyone else I called. It's the kindness of these guys that will bring me back.

Brought 2 of our vehicles here to have the tires swapped. A few minutes after arriving they told us…read morethey couldn't swap them because they were all wheel drive vehicles and tires were different sizes (going from an acadia to explorer). My husband and I have both worked in the auto industry do we already the tire sizes were able to be swapped, and for that matter both our vehicles are front wheel drive! My husband asked to see the vehicles while they were in the air (to double check), and sure enough FWD. He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.

BEWARE! SCAMMERS!…read more My car, a 2020 Subaru with less than 36miles, was making some scraping sound. I took my car in not thinking too much. I thought it was a minor issue and any mechanic would do. I was stopped at the red light and I saw this autoshop right in front of me, so I took my car. They seemed pleasant, very pleasant, making comments like "this is the best place to work!" I saw the owner, silver haired old man, walking around, keeping an eye. After two hours of waiting, the receptionist came back with her iPad and started showing me pictures of my brake and quoted me $1200, labor alone was priced at $463.00! Along, with the brakes, they had 9 other recommended services, which they said was urgent. All together, the additional service was another $3000. I was desperate and needed my car the next day for a trip, which I had shared with the receptionist. She told me they'll take great care of the car and even gave me some discount and automatically enrolled me in their loyalty program. While I was waiting, I saw three other customers enter the door. Two older men and one young woman. I picked up my car next morning and took it to another reputable place, Sweeneys Garage, and was told my brakes are good for few more months and all of the other work they highly recommended, I didn't need!! Do not go here. The silver hair old man is a scammer! This place preys on the vulnerable and is a prime example of rip off mechanics!!

Your worst fears realized. When you take a car to the mechanic your worst fear is that they are…read moregoing to tell you that it needs everything but the kitchen sink when it doesn't. That's exactly what Mike at total automotive did with zero shame. Disgusting and despicable and took total advantage of the customer's lack of automobile knowledge.
