He was on scene in under an hour and wanted to tow me out right away, but my insurance and road-side assistance was giving me a hard time about who was going to pay for what. After he suggested that it would probably be quicker for me to pay for the tow out of my own pocket, I took his advice and did just that. After several back-and-forth's over the phone, he had my car out of that ditch within ten minutes! Art was respectful and answered any and all of my questions, sometimes even before I had a chance to ask them. While we waited for the red-tape to be cut, we had some amazing conversations about different things that are relatable to most people, which seemed to make the time just fly by. In short (ish), if you ever find yourself in an awkward vehichular situation, be grateful if Art shows up to give you a tow. Thanks again, Art, for being there when I needed help. Now, about that sky-train......
