Luckily I was not stranded somewhere and it was only the car, and the car was in a place where it was not blocking anything (at my office). I am not sure why a tow truck company is against towing but why be in the business if you are going to not deliver? If you cant do it, that's fine, but don't say you are "leaving now" if you had no intention of doing that. He was on scene in under an hour and wanted to tow me out right away, but my insurance and road-side assistance was giving me a hard time about who was going to pay for what. After he suggested that it would probably be quicker for me to pay for the tow out of my own pocket, I took his advice and did just that. After several back-and-forth's over the phone, he had my car out of that ditch within ten minutes! Art was respectful and answered any and all of my questions, sometimes even before I had a chance to ask them. While we waited for the red-tape to be cut, we had some amazing conversations about different things that are relatable to most people, which seemed to make the time just fly by.
