In the duration of one 10-second phone call, I can see why their ratings are as low as they are. Once I get my vehicle cleaned out and get this dealt with, I'll never recommend or deal with Eddie's again. If you have a choice, use a different tow company. I've personally dealt with several right here in Erie that are much better and with more responsive, friendlier staff.

Luckily I was not stranded somewhere and it was only the car, and the car was in a place where it was not blocking anything (at my office). I am not sure why a tow truck company is against towing but why be in the business if you are going to not deliver? He was on scene in under an hour and wanted to tow me out right away, but my insurance and road-side assistance was giving me a hard time about who was going to pay for what. After he suggested that it would probably be quicker for me to pay for the tow out of my own pocket, I took his advice and did just that. After several back-and-forth's over the phone, he had my car out of that ditch within ten minutes! Art was respectful and answered any and all of my questions, sometimes even before I had a chance to ask them. While we waited for the red-tape to be cut, we had some amazing conversations about different things that are relatable to most people, which seemed to make the time just fly by.
