Rick came to the house to pick up the motorcycle, and looked at the car as well, He helped get someone that would take a look at the cycle, and see if it was worth anything, AND found someone to take the car other than just junking it. He made my whole day since I only had about 2 hours to take care of all of this before hitting the road to go back home. He did it with kindness and a smile. Which is more than I got at the recycling place! He took his time and connections and expertise and helped us out in such a big way. So thankful for him and this business and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I called to make arrangements to clean out my vehicle, left a message, and the guy who called me back was extremely rude and tried to rush me off the phone. In the duration of one 10-second phone call, I can see why their ratings are as low as they are. Once I get my vehicle cleaned out and get this dealt with, I'll never recommend or deal with Eddie's again. If you have a choice, use a different tow company. I've personally dealt with several right here in Erie that are much better and with more responsive, friendlier staff.

He was on scene in under an hour and wanted to tow me out right away, but my insurance and road-side assistance was giving me a hard time about who was going to pay for what. After he suggested that it would probably be quicker for me to pay for the tow out of my own pocket, I took his advice and did just that. After several back-and-forth's over the phone, he had my car out of that ditch within ten minutes! Art was respectful and answered any and all of my questions, sometimes even before I had a chance to ask them. While we waited for the red-tape to be cut, we had some amazing conversations about different things that are relatable to most people, which seemed to make the time just fly by. In short (ish), if you ever find yourself in an awkward vehichular situation, be grateful if Art shows up to give you a tow. Thanks again, Art, for being there when I needed help.
