So last year, I decided that my birthday gift to myself would be to have my car fully detailed by High Buff. I did my research--and heard great things from family and friends--and was guardedly optimistic that the work would justify the investment. Oh mama! I was SHOCKED when I picked up my car! EVERY detail was meticulously addressed. I am not an easy guy to please, but there was nothing that was not attended to with integrity and excellence. To be clear, even when I've tried, I've never been able to get my car this clean. This was the kind of clean that reflects focused professionalism. Not wanting to spend an arm and leg at the dealer, I took my car to Midas and Tire town. What a waste of time, none of them could tell me what was wrong. I then found Derek and took it to him, and within 5 minutes of inspecting underneath the car, he found the source - a control arm bushing. The first time they wrapped it they made a ton of mistakes as per the pictures. They did take it back into their shop two times to fix it and it's still not right! This company does not know what they are doing. It's a bunch of boys who don't come to work on time, as I had to wait for them when I had appointments. It lists their hours 9-6 but no one is there until at least 10:30. They are very unprofessional as when I went to pick up my car the last time, I met the 4th or 5th owner and he had me parked outside in the dark, in a tree. I couldn't even see what they did as it was dark & the drivers side had a tree on it, I could hardly get in my car! Luke is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and was happy to remove the existing tint...without pressure to reapply more tint. The car looks great. The windows were clean and there was no mess.
