Amazing service! We were traveling home to IL and had a flat on I-90 outside of Erie, PA. While we…read morewere able to change the tire, we now needed a full service station to repair the flat as we could not get home on the "donut" tire. We stopped at the first exit for gas when I asked a gentleman if you knew of a place that could help us. He recommended Perkins and gave us directions. When we got to the shop, the owner immediately helped us, repaired our tire while we waited, put it back on our car, and charged us such a great price that we were completely floored, all with a smile and fantastic attitude. It was potentially a terrible situation made all the better by Tom at Perkins Automotive. I just want to say thank you to him and highly recommend his shop. The experience made our year, let alone day.

I sat for close to half an hour while the owner chatted on the phone with what sounded like a conversation with a friend. After quite a while it was getting close to closing time. A lady was sitting by me with her coat on, apparently waiting for him to close so they could go home. She literally glared at me with a very unfriendly look on her face. I finally gave up and left. I will never go there again in spite of the fact that its location is so convenient. His brother has a place way on the other side of town where I go for many things. Sadly, he does not have an inspection station. I sure wish he did. The service there is great.
